- Yes, you are able to add blog posts, using Latest posts, Blog slider.. or some other element that lists blog posts.

- There is no option to have sticky header area on mobile, but you could make it fixed with minor custom css code.

There is no predefined option for that. But if you edit page.php and remove condition where is asking if sidebar is enabled https://www.screencast.com/t/WYw5R8SaEk5r and then if you arrange layout for sidebar (1/3) then ypu’ll have on each page with this template sidebar.
