Regarding that demo, as you have noticed, it is showing blog template and list of posts. Unfortunately, having the same layout for portfolio list is not possible, because that layout do not exist for portfolio list, so achieving this will require a lot of custom coding. Only workaround for this would be to create some posts category just for your portfolio items, and to show only that category on some page where you want to showcase your portfolio items by choosing Blog Gallery template for that page https://www.screencast.com/t/p1cBDTZd and by choosing only category which will hold your portfolios https://www.screencast.com/t/U4hlB4PGj

Thanks for the explanation. Then I will use the blog template instead of using portfolio. But I need to be able to put filters like with the portfolio. If it can be, I want to copy, the filters you use for theme demos. I see that they are inside the image, it is very cool. I’ve searched everywhere but I have not seen how to put filters in the post list. thank you very much!!

Yes for same layout best option is to use blog, but filter cannot be used in blog layouts, so if you need it then you will need to make compromise and to use one of available portfolio types.

I do not understand what do you mean “text is overexposed”. Content appears fine on mobile devices. If font size needs to be reduced, that can be achieved with some custom CSS code, and our support can help you with that.

Good morning from Spain guys! . Yesterday when I wrote you, I was using the blog template. But I’m in a hurry to finish the web. I have been testing alternatives. So now I have the holder.
The problem with this element is that the background I say is by default in repetition and I would need it in cover. In addition to being able to put a link to a URL in the entire background image (like a banner), I’ve tried HTML, but I’m not able to put it. If it is not too much. You have set background to column not for qode elements item column so image is already set to cover https://www.screencast.com/t/kMCvV3wyKd . In case that you need css code for setting elements holder item background to cover, then add css code below from Qode options > General > Custom CSS field.

Thanks for the CSS code. But it is not working. I’ve put it in the custom CSS box, but nothing. When I add it to the Google Chrome Inspector, it works, but not when I add it to the theme. I do not understand? You can check it in the upper image on the left that is using the background of the element holder. Another idea would be to give it an exact width and length. This can be done? The code is in place, but it is not working. I do not use cache plugin (yet). I’ll try as you tell me, in the custom Wordpress CSS box. Let’s see if it works there. As you could put the buttons transparent, no background color. Because in the options, I remove the color of the background, but it does not become transparent.

I’ve seen a bug and I do not know if it’s the theme. Parallax effects on mobile devices are not working. And I have checked the box in Quode options/ parallax/ Parallax on touch devices ( ON )
Glad to hear that it is working.
That is not a bug. Some touch devices do not support parallax functionality, and that is why there is option to turn it off. Usually parallax won’t fork on iOS, but it is working fine on Android.

1) Just downloaded the theme and used the one-click import. Immediately ran into an issue. The top menu bar doesn’t appear. These are the warnings I see on the page:

2) How can I turn off the sliding images on the landing page. I just want one static splash image.
3) Also I already asked this, but I want to automate the installation of the theme and the importing of the template. Can I do this using composer.json and composer.lock files (the php packaging mechanism)? Can you at least explain to me what is going on behind the scenes in the one-click import, so I can maybe try to replicate this on the command line for automation purposes (on heroku).
I would really appreciate answers to these questions asap. I would actually even prefer a quick chat or skype session just to get me going since I am completely blocked and need to go live soon! I really appreciate the help! Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no option for setting smooth scroll speed. Only option available is to turn it on/off, and option is available from Qode options > General. For changing speed, you will need to make changes within one of theme files, and if you need to do that, please contact our support for additional info. Because unfortunatelly it is unusable.
If i pull with two fingers (for scrolling) it jumps a too big and very difficult to use.

I don’t think that smooth scroll script supports parameter for scrolling speed, but I’ll pass your suggestion to our developer. Regarding issue which you are having, it is probably related to some other plugin which you are using and which also comes with smooth scrolling, because I couldn’t replicate this on MacBook on Safari and Chrome by testing different theme demos. In case that you can replicate this on theme demos, like maybe this one http://bridge53.qodeinteractive.com/ then scrolling issue may be related to some setting on your device.

Hi, can you advise how to make the homepage slider stop at the second slide and not continue looping? Is there a way to make the two slides override each other – I mean show the second one while the first is still fading (I want to show a logo with white background and before the logo completely fades, I want to show a full background image), is that possible? And thanks for explanation. Theme Forest items are commercial, and they cannot be loaded from repository, so unfortunately, there is no option for installing them trough composer. Only option is to upload theme to your own repository, and then to configure .json file.

Logo size needs to fit header size. Also, logo image will be displayed in double smaller size than original image size is. And with custom css you could force some other size.
