Hello, tell me please if i buy this theme, i can make something for product open? I want when i clik on image product on home page to open the product, not only when i clik at open icon.

You have to customize the code(or hire a coder to do) in this case. Currently, we need to click on the icon to go to single product page.

I turned on “Enable Mega Menu” but then it dont display the column option http://take.ms/1efmW

Is there a search bar in mobile view?

hmm.. that’s a pity.. I’m trying with a plug-in.. but not yet working.. they ask for the element what should be sticky..

I’m using this theme for quite a while now (and I love it!) on philippe-jordan.com with the portfolio custom post type and categories within the portfolio. However the portfolio categories are not showing up when I add new portfolio entries, while they’re still available for older entries and visible when I edit portfolio categories. I’m willing to renew my support licence but would like to be sure this is something that can be fixed if I do.

Hi, i have a question about shortcodes and custom post types. I mean, is possible to use your page builder with custom post types? I tryed find something in google, but i didnt find anything. If this is possible, let me know how can i do it. Second question is about shortcodes. In the WordPress content editor is possible use shortcodes from your template, i found in the documentation on support page something about shortcodes, but this is not current and updated, i need attributes for BLOG shortcode (gdlr_core_blog), could you update docs or let me know every attribute for this shortcode?

I tried it. It didn’t work :-((( The submenus are still not working.

Could you try replacing the javascript/gdlr-script.js file with this new one, try clearing the browser cache and see if this helps.

Could you try deactivating all plugins out to see if it cause from the plugin conflict ?

If so please try activating it one by one to see which cause this.

This might be a quick fix, but I updated a site to use https and now the drop down menus do not work, even though the content for them is present. I’ve checked to see if there are any mixed http/s types of calls to javascript but did not find any under the inspect. Perhaps it is buried in a library somewhere?

Is it simply not possible to use the theme on HTTPS?

I just need the menu’s to work, everything else seems to be ok, other than some odd changes to video displays, which I could work around. Please help?! I purchased this them last year and it has worked well up until now.

1. Make sure that all images content, content that you put url manually such as in widget, footer, top bar, copyright area are started with https in front of image url.

It should be geographic issue with your ISP then. I tested on my internet connection and the site was loaded pretty fast. Also, I tried to ping from different location and it’s working good too : http://take.ms/sWoyk

Well, You need to know that the most important part of site speed is mainly from web hosting ability. And it also depends on some more factors such as internet speed connections, location of access, speed of devices etc…

BTW, about the theme, we have been trying our best to minimize the code but you have to keep in mind that we can’t disable all un-used code as the theme has many features and it’s created for many people to use so each people use different feature but the theme still has more feature that there’re using. (it’s difficult to explain but hope you got the points). But after all, as I said, This take really(really) little effect on site speed. The main part is from hot provider ability.

As you can see on our demo site. We run full features on it and it’s still pretty good…. Just a tip, you may try using a plugin as caching plugin as well. It might help ;)

If you’re looking for a host provide, it’d suggest MediaTemple.

​All of my internal pages have the header section enabled. I don’t know if there was some sort of automatic update but a black and white city scape style image has appeared on all of them, when it was once a default sort of grey gradient.

How do I turn this off? The individual pages and theme options settings have Header Background Image​ set as empty, yet this image has appeared. It’s not in the Media Library either.

I tried to submit a support ticket but it says my purchase code has expired. This doesn’t seem fair as it’s something that’s just appeared on a website that has been working fine for a long time through no error of my own.

OK, that worked but now more things are changing on the website automatically. Freaking out! Logo has reverted back to default, footer widgets have disappeared. What’s happening to the website?? No one has access but me. The New logo is still where it should be in the back end, as are the widgets. The font has changed, some symbols are appearing instead of text???

It’s like the whole website is reverting back to standard and ignoring the theme options! It’s now the black theme instead of the white and the shopping cart stuff is visible. What on earth is happening??

I have installed WPML plugin to the website that is using the Luxury theme (child Luxury). When I activate the WPML, the front end of the website shows white screen and backend works. I’m sure it is not the conflict with any other plugin and the WPML works when I change the theme. WP_debug TRUE doesn’t show anything.
