Hello 7 Team, just a quick pre-sale question about the headers. Are they flexible to customize, I mean I can add elements or remove them easily, like a builder or it is more a case of chose preset header and I can customize it via code? I checked the main demo header options, just want to know the level of flexibility I have with the header itself. Thanks a lot. (Ps: I looked many comments, if repeat, I am sorry)

Please move the microwidgets from area “5. Near logo (right)” to the area “3. Near menu”.
You’ll notice that text goes white/invisible on floating menu. You’ll need to edit the CSS in text widgets to adjust it suit your design. Please contact our support if you need assistance with it.

If you will create all the sorting logic – yes. But filters already built into theme will not automatically work with ACF fields.

Hi. We have begun to build the following website using this theme - http://www.surehost-uk.com/gdl-builders/ – but there is a mystery! If you look at the desktop version, the Rev Slider has been customized, but if then load the home page on a mobile device (we use a Samsung Galaxy Note 4) the slides do not show the same text. The images in the background are correct, but the text remains your demo theme text. Very weird. Can you explain what is going on please? Thank You.

Slider Revolution has an option to display different elements on different screens. Either try to dig deeper into slider layers OR contact guys at our support – they will assist with it.

Good afternoon, As of a few weeks ago my yoast plugin began conflicting with the 7 theme. I have disabled all plugins which leads to believe it may be the 7 theme causing issues. When Yoast is enabled none of the pages, posts or orders are editable, the builder stop working as well. Please advise? If you are going to request I submit a ticket, I have done so already but not really counting on it because in your support portal you will see I open a ticket open and unresolved for approx a year already.

Also be advised that there are no known conflicts with Yeast SEO and current version of theme.
I have the paid yoast plugins and their support team and myself went over all the issues. All plugins were disabled except The 7 theme which means the 7 is the issue, correct? Trust me in no way do we ever request support, we build plugins ourselves but the 7 is your product so we figured contact you. Please advise

This is an FYI. I just finished a site and for I think the first time I located the header logo in the middle; usually they go on the left side. After it was live for a week a co-worker pointed out that on firefox it was on the left side on top of other text. This was with 4.2.2. I upgraded to 5.0.2 and it was fixed.

I have uploaded theme and installed Demo content for medical theme. It keeps freezing and running so slow now trying to design the site. I work on several sites a day and only experience this when modifying this specific theme.

Does this theme have a quick CSS box?

Yes. Theme Options > Advanced > Custom CSS.
The Visual Composer “Single Image” shortcode strips HTML from the image caption. This breaks default behaviour, and I’m trying to correct this by replacing esc_html( $caption ) with just $caption, but that will be replaced with a theme update. Any way to do this is my dt-the7-child theme?

Cant find plugins in latest theme version zip. Previous was like 200MB size, new is like 66MB. What happened?

As of v.5.0.0 plugins are being distributed independently from the theme. Please update to v.5, register your site and use The7 > Plugins interface to install/update plugins.

Images on many pre-made websites are not included (because they are copyrighted). This is clearly stated in theme description.

This cannot be true. If at least one page is imported – all other will be imported as well. This is how importer works: it cannot import pages selectively.

Make sure you are importing Theme Options (by default this checkbox in unchecked).
Why don’t you import the demo of http://the7.io/psy/ to see your self. The header is different, the Main menu does not has any sub menus etc…no footer widgets like demo as well

Demo may seem slow to some users due to their geographical position (they are physically further away from the server where our demo is hosted).
