Hi,
I would like to add my logo in SVG format, but it seems not to be properly shown by the theme. My logo has gradients, but the theme shows it in white\black colours, not the original. Also it´s very difficult to place the logo in a simply way in terms of size. FYI, I generated the svg code with illustrator CC, and gradients are properly identified in media section.
Any suggestion?

Moreover please be sure to convert all the Illustrator objects to shapes otherwise you can have this kind of problems with resize (you cannot use an SVG with editable Illustrator objects, these must be converted as shape). This is super tested: https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/

Hi vimaljose, you are using the version 1.2 that is no longer compatible with the new WordPress version, one of the problem is that Visual Composer doesn’t work after the WordPress 4.5 update (this was a problem of old version of Visual Composer not of Uncode), more infos here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459909

I like the theme and features. I only left with one question:
When you have a portfolio page and click on one of the images it opens a lightbox and within the lightbox slides all the page images.
Instead of this I want each photo to have it’s own individual lightbox gallery with multiple different images. Is that feature integrated within the lightbox plugin?

Are you sure you are installing the file “uncode.zip” that is just 20mb, it seems your are try to install the main download folder that is 200mb, the theme is inside and is named “uncode.zip”. Hi, thanks for a great theme – maybe a silly question here but in the Theme options (or page options) for Content, I understand showing or hiding the Title or Breadcrumbs but what does ‘Show Media’ mean? (Override to show the media in the content area.) ... what ‘media’ does this function relate to on the page?

Hi andrealouis04! This happen since your pages use possible a footer Content Block, you need also to translate the footer and everything will work as expected! Hi, the theme’s demo files seem to be locked into using specific content blocks for headers. For example if I choose Blog Wide with Sidebar for my Blog home page, this blog page come with a header that is impossible to change… When editing this page – even changing the Page options at the foot of the page to None / Revolution Slider / Basic etc… selecting anything else and saving does not change the front end – it keeps the same header. Why would this be?

It looks great and I’m very tempted to purchase it for a client’s site. But I have a question for undsgn, or any user of the UnCode theme with some dev experience. My question is about the custom version of Visual Composer, and just how customised it is.
Basically, I need to consider what happens if, down the line, the client wants another redesign (or this theme breaks and support ends, one day in the future), and I need to port to another theme. Specifically, if I move to a theme that uses an up-to-date, vanilla version of Visual Composer (either bought or developed myself), what proportion of the page content would work? Is the customisation in this theme mostly front-end, or is it extended with lots of new shortcodes?
I understand that none of the post meta etc is portable (header sizes, custom options, etc etc etc), it’s just the content I’m worried about. That’s one reason why I want to purchase a theme that uses VC as a base (and therefore stores content in the content field, not in the postmeta table as some themes do).
Does that make sense? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

The contents are most stored in native functionalities of VC, so you don’t have to worry about it, I understand what you mean but for this you should choose a very basic VC theme, I mean that most of top-seller themes nowadays offer custom proprietary module with custom options. The main contents are anyway stored in basic functionalities. Anyway if you are interested you can buy Uncode, make your tests and if you are not happy ask us a refund, so you can opt another theme then. My team is wondering if we can have at least 2 levels of filter on this page: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/portfolio-agency/. (Here you have it as “SHOW ALL, WEB, ADV, BRANDING, DESIGN, PHOTO”)
We would like to have the first level of filter by the names of our clients, using “Company A” as an example.
We would like the next level of filter to be the type of project – examples would “web, email and print.”
And, we’d like to add this effect: can we expose filters so that when you hoover over “Company A”, so that only the types of projects that are for Company A are shown. So, if they only have web and print for that company, only those filters would show?
I hope this makes sense.

Hi WilliamvanB! We don’t have any similar reports in our support Help Center and most of users are now days using PHP 7 (also our demo is running on PHP 7). Most of these messages are warnings not errors, have you contacted your host and ask more informations? I think they can help you fine tune the Optimizer PHP Config that is native of their server/setup.
