I am afraid we are unable to support all the plugins out there. What I can do is put in a feature request asking the development team to explore the possibility of making this plugin compatible with our theme.
You could also try and look for another program that executes the same functions.

Hi! How do I remove Facebook and Google buttons from the lightbox login? I’ve alredy tried uninstal Nextend FB and Google plugins, but nothing worked. I wanna be able to edit this login/register lightbox. Thanks!

Deactivating the Nextend plugins should remove the buttons, try clearing the cache and see if the issue persists.
I tried, but the buttons is still there. How do I edit that login lightbox? I want to do some changes, like just remove the Google button, keep the facebook login, add a block in the header, and some more.

Sounds like you have set the Cart style in Theme Options > Header > Cart to link. Please change this to dropdown. If you are still having issues, shoot an email via support and we’ll check it out

Remove the default search element on the header using the header builder http://docs.uxthemes.com/article/191-how-to-use-the-new-header-builder. You can then add the custom plugin search element in your desired location.

Hello, We cannot use the visual editor (backend), it won’t change on click. It has only recently started doing this. We have updated all plugins and theme and it hasn’t resolved the issue. We can only edit via text or UX builder on the frontend. It does it on pages and products and all browsers (chrome, firefox etc). Please can you advise on what we can do to resolve this. I love this theme. My support has expired but I found what appears to be a bug, so I am reluctant to renew purely to fix 1 issue. The price filter slider seems to be using the pretax price, when entering prices exclusive of tax. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

This is more of a WooCommerce issue. However, the price filters widget, filters the stored prices – it would not be feasible to include (or exclude) the tax dynamically when querying these values.
I appreciate the reply. Currently I have entered prices excluding tax, but the prices show everywhere including tax. Is it not possible to make the filter use the price shown? I don’t want the option to filter with or without tax, only with tax.
Having trouble with https for the logo. All other page elements load over https except the logo. Have tried uploading multiple times and have now replaced the default flatsome logo with my logo but still loads over http. I cannot figure out how to force this one image to load over https. I don’t want to install another plugin just to force a single image. Is there a trick to this?

Hi, It seams that the plug in “WooCommerce Additional Variation Images” doesn’t work on this theme (i had to buy this theme and the plug-in in order to find out, this sucks by the way) even thought this is a Theme for Woocommerce.
So… Is there any fix to this problem? it only change the main image when you choose the variation, the same way as without the plug-in.
i’ve seen comments with 2 years old that had the same problem, i can t understand if it is not fixed yet….
In the case the plug-in doesn’t work and doesn’t have a fix, can you please tell me a plug-in that works with this theme that adds a new gallery of images to a product variation?
So if you please can help me on this.

People do not always pay attention when visiting websites, the “scroll to” feature becomes a bit unnoticed when using only the bullets, so I want to have each section “scroll to” titles always visible. How do I do that?
Is it also posible to give each “scroll to” bullet a different color?
