Sorry to say that our theme is not compatible with Dokan plugin. but you can use the WC vendor plugin with Porto theme, it is compatible with WC Vendor plugin.

Hi, I installed the hotel demo, I have been dealing with the rooms page, but I’m having issues. You sent me the instructions to set it, but is still not connecting my rooms with the right porto sort item, I saw in the porto sort setting that I was not changed filter by .room, I really appreciate you send the instructions to set correctly the settings inside the porto sort filter and porto sort container to identify what I’m missing. in other hand, I uploaded photos in the home section hotel overview using the single images, and those are blur, the pictures was taken with the picture at the start of the page and this is good, both has the same resolution, those were taken the same day, with the same camera, I need to get ready the website this week, is really important your prompt response, thanks!

it seems like the theme is unable to import demo data. It never gets past the “Processing Menus” progress bar. Server requirements are met, running php 5.6

Hi, is it possible to test this theme for a couple of weeks? Or do you know, whether it’s compatible with the Wordpress plugin Spreadplugin? I would like to import my Spreadshirt Shop just as a “second” shop with some products from different online stores (like Amazon) as affiliate items.
Do you think, it would work to get all this different sources combined?

Is it possible on WP theme, that costumer see ALL variations off product with prices and not drop down “select variation”?

I liked porto theme and I’m going to buy it. 1- The theme come with some plugins, do I have to buy a separate license for each paid plugin? 2- “Processing Menus” taking long time and stuck. I followed all recommendation by installing all plugins and the required configuration. I checked the PHP memory settings version and set to 5.6 with now success.

1. No, the paid plugins we are using in our theme all of them already purchased by us and added in the theme files. There is no need to purchase again.
2. The Demo stuck on Processing Menus point because you have not installed all the theme plugins. You must install and activate all of the plugins before installation of the demo then you will not face any issue.

Installing the Porto Short Codes pluging returns 500 server error. No help with the memory limit on the wp-config.

I feel wrong when buying this theme and decided to underestimate that you are intending to buy, do not buy Porto. Porto requires very difficult installation and configuration of Themes is also complicated, constantly making mistakes.
Porto’s support team was also poor, only responding generally to feedback. They do not go into solving problems for customers. I bought the Themes for a week and still can not install.
Now I have to use other Themes to keep up with my clients. With Porto, if possible, I will ask them to refund because of poor quality. A bad theme.

I bought your themes. In the last time, I saw the product option in this step : Appereance > Menu > Products. But, currently, this “products” option its unappear in that choice. The menu option only Pages, Post Custom link, and Categories. For this issue, I can’t add products option to the menu. Can you please help us to solve my issue?

Hello there, this theme is amazing but it is not compatible with SSL, check this site enroutelimo.ca the theme works perfect without SSL, once you add SSL it causes the page load to go from 3.5s to 60s, We saved the Permalinks and we did everything possible, but after investigation by Godaddy, they assured that the theme has a major problem with SSL. and response to that – It will just cause us big headache to change the theme at this post, please advice

Please use the Really Simple SSL Plugin to solve this issue. There is no issue in the theme actually, when you set the WP and theme without SSL then you can not convert it with SSL easily without the plugin. Sometimes it is happened not always.

Under Theme Options -> Skin -> Main Menu -> Menu Popup section changing the Menu Popup Font “Font Weight & Style” is not updating the font weight when I change it. I even tried compiling after changing but it’s not updating. Cleared browser cache too to ensure that wasn’t the issue. Font weight remains 400 no matter what you change it to. I had to use a CSS override using .mega-menu .narrow .popup li.menu-item > a{font-weight:600} That did the trick for me. I’ve had to do this a few times using your theme. Maybe this can be fixed in the next update. Thanks.

WooCommerce Google Analytics plug-in is importent plug-in for tracking selling, with your plug-in i cant have Enhanced Ecommerce Google tracking, you are woocomerc theme also and you dont have suport for this importent plug-in, i tray instal that plug-in but them crash

I have installed a demo of porto in my shop. But now i want to reset the theme to its default state & install a different demo. How can i do that? i dont want to loose the products in my database.

If you do not want to lose the products then you can do it only manually to delete all the pages and menus which are not required on your site
OR
Please export all the products by using any 3rd party plugin then reset your WP and install the new demo and import the products again on your site.
