Im making a beta version of a site. I have been unsing Ronney before, but now someting dos not work.
The Masorny Media Grid from Visual composer don`t show in front-end. I have. I can see in the code that its there, but it dos not work in any page.

Thre is a possibility to add several categories for every post, so you can create one category for a post you want to show on a page with one single post and select this category on the page you want to display only one post. The current theme version is already compatible with WordPress 4.7.3 version.
As for the future update, the update with some bug fixes will be released within a week or two, we’ll include the plugins updates and some improvements for our customers in it.
We are working on a critical update (Ronneby 3.0) and we’ll try to add the fix to the issue you’ve described.
Currently,we do not have the ETA, sorry.

Hi, I’m trying to install a theme from the Ronneby bundle we purchased. I’m having trouble installing the Right Slider Plugin. Everytime I try to install it, it says that it’s not supported. When I use a prebuilt theme, half of them do not work and I’m not sure if it is because of this slider. Please advise.

The page works fine when users have a mouse, but client has pointed out its abysmal when browsing with a trackpad on a MacBook as you scroll right past sections and its incredibly difficult to stop where you want to.
What can be done about this? Or do we need to request a refund?

I have noticed that this theme hasn’t been updated since September 2016. Is this theme still being maintained, updated, and developed by the company? We want to use this but are concerned to make sure this theme will be supported for the next several years.

Hello, Purchased this theme. Installed as child theme. Installed demo eleventh. However changes I’m making on header and footer are not being reflected on site. Read FAQ and seems it may be related to permissions issue. I went and made changes to the css folders and changes permissions to 777. However changes still not being shown.

I have cleaned up the cache but that did not help.
What’s interesting is the the changes I made (added my own logo from the theme options for header and added the social media widget in footer) does show up when I click on a product page but not from the main page. I basically installed the ‘eleventh’ demo and changing that to meet my needs.
Does that help you narrow down? If not what specific information would you need from me?

Please try Theme options -> Logos -> Header Light Logotype image option, it should help. You might have changed the logo for header style 1 but you have header style2 on your front page.
