Hi, it looks like all of us have errors and problems with new version? Have you tested? Also it is not compatible with WooCommerce 3.0

I am sure that your theme files are not uploaded properly. Please go to wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/cart folder and update all of the cart folders’ files through CPanel. I hope your issue will solve if not then please contact us through our support system so we will solve it for you.

Hi quys at Porto. After the last update ( today) my website is meshed up. Home page is not shown properly and layout doesn’t match anymore. I sitched back tot the old version to fix it. Also the theme files are not compatible to the latest woocommerce version. When can we expect a fix?

I have just installed the new update and woocommerce look sfine now. I have still one issue: after the update the comment section is shown on my homepage: test.avicentra.nl , I have compiled css etc?

Hello, with the new woo commerce updates, some things got changed. Do you know how I can remove the border around the product images? And also, remove the bar under the product name on this page https://goo.gl/f4VmZr. It comes on all products.

Porto updated version has been released now. Please update Porto theme 3.5.3 with latest Woocommerce compatibility and all templates updated. After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

Because revolution slider does not support the video for mobile. You can use the video inside the page with VC element to add the video on the page then it will show on mobile as well.

Hello there, aftere the last update form your theme, I can not deleted images from products.

Why? I don’t recive any error, but I can’t delet them any more.

3.5.2 has massively broken the site, woocommerce and sliders ….. reverting to an old backup for now till this has been fixed!
