Hello. After the last update:
1. Woocommerce is now displaying a template incompatibility warning. Additionally, a number of glitches now occur when attempting to add or remove customer orders.
2. You can not upload files to activities. Even if the PDF format is uploaded, it shows that you can only load “JPEG”. I was only allowed to upload PDFs if I enabled both JPG and PDF together, even so, it still displays a third “JPEG” format.
3. Several words are no longer present in the POT templates of the translations. For example, the “Get” button to load activities, in addition to the activity logs in the user profile.
1. This is already resolved in the 2.7.2 update of WPLMS.
2. How and where are you uploading files in activity ?

1. All my files and theme are updated. If you access suitecriaiva.com.br and try to complete a purchase, you will not be able to. The behavior of the plugin is strange. Payment options are not enabled.

From the screenshots, The issue you’re facing seems to be connected with the payment gateway plugin and woocommerce. The Woocommerce updates its product template in3.0.1 for which we’re releasing an update today, but there are no changes in them checkout area.

- On the payment options, I managed to solve the problem by updating PHP to the version required by woocommerce.
- Now the only problem is with the orders, since it is not possible to add discounts manually from the backend. I believe this will resolve once you update the product template.
- About JPEG, thank you, I’ll wait for your update.
Ps .: I’ll get the extension to support my theme. I know it should take a lot of work to update it and give support to all people, nothing more just to invest in its support. I intend to buy it next week.

This issue is already resolved in the 2.7 update. Please update the theme to latest version.

I am having quite a few issues:
1. I set on course manager that the student is required to view the video before they can mark the unit as complete, yet it does not work, mark complete button is active regardless of their progress on a video within a unit. This is a very important function that I need working.
2. If you click (either by using the side bar or by clicking next unit and then previous unit) twice on the same unit, the video contained within that unit just disappears. Please let me know how to fix this.
3. Unless the unit is marked as COMPLETE, it does not allow the student to ask a question, is there a way to change this? I would like to allow all students to ask questions, even if the unit is not marked as complete.
4. Is there a way to make unit tags invisible to students but still visible to search engines? I am only using tags for SEO purposes.
I have tested it and these same bugs happen on both Google Chrome and on Microsoft Edge browser, so it seems to be a coding issue. You can view my temp site and see it for yourself at http://a09.93a.myftpupload.com .

3. This has been requested many times, but currently it is not available. Mainly because we’re tracking all the data connected to the students and courses.
4. Of course student can ask questions before marking the unit as complete. We need to check this again in your site.
5. No, this is again not available. Only Free units can be accessed by search engines for SEO.

I want to be able to change course title background, but this option is only available using transparent header option on customizer. Can you write me a css to change transparent background to white for the header? This way it wont be transparent and I will be able to change course title background. It really makes no sense having option to change background only available in one header style… thanks for your help.

I did a test review on one of my courses and it seems to be stuck. It still shows one star even though the review was deleted. Why? How do I fix?
Also I noticed my instructor dashboard does not show earnings at all. Stuck at 0
Also I tried adding a comment myself but I could not see what I was typing unless I highlighted it. And there was no submit review button.
Okay So I Noticed after disabling the Grammarly extension in my browser the adding comment myself bug is fixed. Other issues still stand,

The ratings are cached and only update when there is a new review posted. You can manually set the ratings by using this link
when you’re checking commissions there is a reload icon in the widget display, please click on it to recalculate the commissions.

Edit the course in WP Admin, locate the Instructor of the course. If the instructor is someone else at the time of purchase the commission would not be recorded for the instructor. Please check this link

Hello. i have a school with 18 courses and i want to filter users that have a certain bagde or certificate and i cant see how i do that without going course by course.
i am trying to find a way to manage the more than 300 students without going inside each course. one thing that it is really necessary is to view the bagde and certificate columns in the users table (admin) instead of “posts” and “buddydrive usage” and be able to view this inside the user profile (admin also). this is important to manage who has a certain course and certificate and be able to filter. Other thing i need is to browse users that have a certain badge/certificate in frontend (lists and profile by clicking a list item). please help. thanks

great, i have a super urgent issue here now. i just noticed that when i login in front end the user name doesnt show up, like if i never logged in but when i do shift refresh the name appears. the same happens on logging out the user name appears like if logged in… again when i shift refresh it disappears. this is killing me! i cannot find a solution. can you help?
This most likely happens because of caching of HTML, when you do a refresh it clears out the cache. Try adding the login redirection in WP Admin – LMS – Settings – Login redirect for students and instructors to some other page not the “same page” and you’ll not face this issue.
So i cant redirect to the same page? isn’t there another solution?
Yes, that is mainly because he current page is cached by the browser. If you want to keep same page then try adding no cache html in .htaccess, refer link

Hello, A pre-purchase question: Once I have my course content in your theme WPLMS, would I be able to make my WP site with WPLMS theme as an LTI provider to various LTI consumer, i.e. Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, etc. If so, will all the score in the WPLMS grade book be ported to LTI Consumer LMS?
Currently WPLMS is only xAPI compatible, LTI is another standard which we would love to integrate with, but WPLMS is not yet a LTI consumer.
Can WPLMS be just a LTI provider (using WP LTI plugin) and not LTI consumer? I only need to provide content to LMS’s i.e. Moodle, Canvas, BB, etc.. Thank you.

Hi. I noticed that in the discussion settings, the topic organizes the comments in reverse in the class. If we set the latest ones to be at the top, he puts them at the end of the discussion. And if we select the reverse option (oldest first), it puts the most recent ones on top.
