I’m using flatsome. Does flatsome theme support to display different header image sizes for mobile? Because when I check using my phone browser(chrome) it displays the original sizes. It is too big and slow down the page load and inefficient. I open the image in new tab and it shows original size not resized size.

Hi we are getting after your update a HTTP ERROR 500 when we try to delete a product. It is also not possible anymore to change product images in the backend. It is just not loading.

Hi there, this is not theme related. It looks like it’s coming from the WooCommerce plugin. There could be a incompatibility problem with another WooCommerce plugin.

Whats the deal? UXBuilder is completely non-functional and My website looks like trash and doesn’t run like it did prior to these updates.

I think all you had to do was to hard refresh the homepage before opening it in UX Builder.

Everything seems to be working perfectly now when I open in Firefox…though still encountering some issues when opening in Chrome or Safari?

I think is more related to local caching on chrome or something. We used chrome here to test 
Did you try “Hard refresh”?
Did a full ‘empty cache’ on Safari and works fine there now. The website wouldn’t have viewing issues on other peoples browsers would it? e.g Customers of mine?

Lightbox shortcodes with “button” triggers work… Click to open based on linking to the shortcodes ID… But auto open won’t work… For example E mail sign up popup type . Etc
It should work with latest WooCommerce and Flatsome version.
“auto_open” lightboxes still don’t work

maybe auto open lightboxes are not something supported by flatsome 3.0? thanks

Hi there, there are many reasons for this and it’s probably not theme related. WooCommerce 3.0 was a major new WooCommerce version and many plugins have problems with it. Flatsome 3.3 should support WooCommerce 3.0, but you need to make sure all plugins also does it.

I’ve upgraded to woocommerce 3.0 and flatsome 3.3. I also have the woocommerce vendor plugin version 2.0.26. On the vendor profile page the flatsome shortcodes dosn’t work. what might be wrong? When i watch the vendor page infrontend, browser only shortcodes appears, not the design.
The Flatsome shortcode button is showed on the right side in the editor and offcource generates the shortcodes, but as i said. When viewing the vendors page on frontend browser only shortcodes appears nor the design.

Not asked, I thought that was a theme issue. woothemes is the author, btw. Its frustrating that this occurs. I really hoped for a better answear, but i will try ask woothemes.
Same for us. With new update for woocommerce, we’ve lost the menu. I re-added it – first in uxbuilder then from dashboard, menu, it stayed for a minute and then nothing. changed colors and still no menu 
. Hoping this fixed soon.

Hello! I just updated my site with the latest theme update and all my products that have attributes are in trouble. In the site informs the attributes but when choosing you can not buy. In the administrator panel, when editing the product it does not appear as any other registered attribute. Does not display the attributes.

Seems like they will fix it in the WooCommerce 3.0.1.
Remember to always take a backup when updating to a major WooCommerce version.

Another issue that I noticed is: Products on sale. You are not displaying normal and promotional value. When opening the product, it informs the discount in%, and the final value already promotional, not informing the previous value. Leaving the customer in doubt, if the value informed is already the discount, or if you still have the discount over the value shown.

This happens only in products with variables.

Hi there, just make sure you update every plugin and the theme in the next couple days. WooCommerce 3.0 will probably have some small new versions ready soon with bug fixes.

You have some JS error messages coming from a plugin called “Facebook Messenger”?
Still missing “On Sale!” tag style / show % on front end after latest update.
None of the styling on the sale bubble works for me (including changing the bubble text) http://www.superiorvapes.ca/on-sale/ Already checked for conflicting css and made sure everything was up to date.
I overrode the bubbles with my own CSS for now. Any ideas though? Everything else seems to be working fine (from what I have tested so far).
