Hi, I have created the child theme and tried putting my custom CSS styles into the ‘Appearance/Editor/Child Theme’ CSS page however they aren’t being applied. They are applied if I enter the CSS code into the Flatsome/Advanced Options/Custom CSS screen. Am I doing something wrong? Cheers.

Hi UX Themes, We have been using Flatsome for a long time now. We are using its version 2.9 (pre 3.0 release). We could not update our theme to version 3.0 because of the customization that we made in the child theme and compatibility issues. We have one question. WooCommerce recently released its 3.0 version with huge changes in the structure. This leaves us with a lot of out-dated templates when we update WooCommerce on our site. Can we know when are you releasing 2.9’s compatible version with WooCommerce 3.0? We really need it. Its faster than the previous versions of WC. Looking forward for your response. Thank you.

An update, we updated the theme to 2.9.8 the following template is still shown as outdated in the WooCommerce status after updating to 3.0.2: flatsome/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php
Are the advanced ajax filters included on the theme? Because i saw some features on the demos and they are features that are normally paid on other themes Are all features used on the demos achievable only with this theme? Including some Woocommerce things?

No. Then I have go true woocommerce! I don’t have support from https://krokedil.se. So I guess it’s better you tell them.
I have Transposh installed, so that always get the blame. Right now I just want to downgrade Klarna.

Just be aware, I think that there is a bug in woocommerce variations. But maybe it’s me missing something.

As many others have wrote here there is a problem after updating the theme and WooCommerce… The slider and banners etc doesn’t shows and function. If you do a “hard refresh” yes it work, but how to tell all of our customers who visiting our website this? Many of the customers isn’t computer gurus.
What file is making this and is cached? I can do a manually renaming of the filename if I can locate it. All cache have been flushed from server etc.
Any reply on this?

Hi, I have moved my additional CSS rules from the theme options to the child css stylesheet and they are no longer being applied. The rules are not being picked up on at all when looking via Firebug. Please advise. Many thanks
I have recently updated the main theme but not the child, does this also need to be updated, perhaps the declation in css sheet is not being picked up on correctly and not applying the changes?

I’m using flatsome. Does flatsome theme support to display different header image sizes for mobile? Because when I check using my phone browser(chrome) it displays the original sizes. It is too big and slow down the page load and inefficient. I open the image in new tab and it shows original size not resized size.

Hi we are getting after your update a HTTP ERROR 500 when we try to delete a product. It is also not possible anymore to change product images in the backend. It is just not loading.

I think is more related to local caching on chrome or something. We used chrome here to test

Did a full ‘empty cache’ on Safari and works fine there now. The website wouldn’t have viewing issues on other peoples browsers would it? e.g Customers of mine?

Lightbox shortcodes with “button” triggers work… Click to open based on linking to the shortcodes ID… But auto open won’t work… For example E mail sign up popup type . Etc
It should work with latest WooCommerce and Flatsome version.
“auto_open” lightboxes still don’t work

Hi there, there are many reasons for this and it’s probably not theme related. WooCommerce 3.0 was a major new WooCommerce version and many plugins have problems with it. Flatsome 3.3 should support WooCommerce 3.0, but you need to make sure all plugins also does it.

I’ve upgraded to woocommerce 3.0 and flatsome 3.3. I also have the woocommerce vendor plugin version 2.0.26. On the vendor profile page the flatsome shortcodes dosn’t work. what might be wrong? When i watch the vendor page infrontend, browser only shortcodes appears, not the design.
The Flatsome shortcode button is showed on the right side in the editor and offcource generates the shortcodes, but as i said. When viewing the vendors page on frontend browser only shortcodes appears nor the design.

Not asked, I thought that was a theme issue. woothemes is the author, btw. Its frustrating that this occurs. I really hoped for a better answear, but i will try ask woothemes.
Same for us. With new update for woocommerce, we’ve lost the menu. I re-added it – first in uxbuilder then from dashboard, menu, it stayed for a minute and then nothing. changed colors and still no menu . Hoping this fixed soon.
