Hello there. Thanks for all updates! I’ve got one little problem : When you’re a portfolio lightbox page on Firefox (no problem in Safari), keyboard left and right arrows are moving all the website behing the lightbox to the left and to the right. Any way to fix it?

Me already bought many theme from here but never get any good update. I think this is good idea to provide latest updates in detail rather minor updates. The problem has the theme and the last version woocommercer I made a downgrade and everything working correctly. It is not clear the subject between you, it is clear that you have to support but you should not get an update like this.

Hi. I am still on flatsome 2.9 as I was told to downgrade when 3.0 was released as it broke my webiste. Am I supposed to download the new update? Will my current version of the theme work with the new woocommerce?

in regards to my previous comment a page back it is theme related as i have switched to a different theme and the product page works as it should, we need our online shop back up and running asap would it be best if we revert back to previous woocomerce & theme ?

Hi there, there are many reasons for this and it’s probably not theme related if you have updated to latest Flatsome version also. WooCommerce 3.0 was a major new WooCommerce version and many plugins have problems with it. Flatsome 3.3 should support WooCommerce 3.0, but you need to make sure all plugins also does it.

I upgraded on April 5, some problems with the translations have been corrected some not. In some terms customers are not translated, despite the translated woocommerce files are present in the FTP. How can I fix? I can not install woocommerce 3.0, I am forced at the time to not upgrade, I had to make a downgrade. Again I put your last update of flatsome issue but perhaps the problem is not completely solved, some translations do not go well, specifically. 1) The welcome message in the client remains in English. 2) A headline in the navigation menu of the customers 3) The word “My Account” area more customers. These are not translated, nonostate the files are present. Thank you

You will need a third party plugin for this.

I have seen it mentioned that the theme is compatible with WC Vendors. While I have no functionality issues, the formatting of the WC vendors pages and forms is messy in a lot of areas. Menus formatting doesn’t look right, there are issues everywhere with text being crammed next to checkboxes and fields. This is with only WC Vendors, Woo, and the theme running as well. So in my experience so far, compatible, but with issues.

Confirm the issue reported by “Deano_Uk” If you enable debug it generate a huge bug report . Mine is now 30gb error

Have you updated every plugin possible and Flatsome? It might come from the Wishlist plugin.

Yes I have updated Now my theme is 3.3.2 and when I have turn on debug I see a huge errors in log file like individual_use should be true or false instead of yes or no free_shipping should be true or false instead of yes or no exclude_sale_items exclude_sale_items should be true or false instead of yes or no

also behind this errors of course Ajax search not work

and also my host provider warned me about overused because my log file is now 5gb :(

Flatsome it self is compatible with WC3, but WC3 has many bug problems. You need to wait for them to fix it.

Hello, I’m looking to use your theme for a big project – one that requires membership. I’d be buying a secondary license if this works out. I’m looking at using Ultimate Membership Pro (https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-membership-pro-wordpress-plugin/12159253) and I wanted to make sure it’s compatible. Personally I don’t see an issue, but I’d rather trend safely then regret later ;) Thank you! Love working with the theme currently for a different project.

Unfortunately, until now there is no official compatibility testing with that plugin. But, the Flatsome theme uses WordPress coding standards so any plugin that uses these same standards should work with our theme.

ive found an issue , when viewing the shop you ccan see the products but when you try and go into any product it shows the website header but the rest of the page is blank, the only debug error we are geting is

we will activate the standard version of yith wishlist as we had the premium version activated and not the normal version but at moment the site is down as woocomerce update 3.0.1 has broke the site and woo commerce wont activate so we are reverting back to 3.0

hi we think we found the issue it was with another plugin that is made by woocommerce called picking pal when users that are logged in they cannot view products it provides the header of your theme but not the product, but if you deactivate this plugin the logged in users can view your products

WooCommerce released version 3.0.1 which fixed most of the bugs. Our latest version 3.3.2 is fully compatible with WooCommerce 3.0

Hi (same question as ZeroDotNine, was logged into wrong account), I have moved my additional CSS rules from the theme options to the child css stylesheet and they are no longer being applied. The rules are not being picked up on at all when looking via Firebug. I have recently updated the main theme but not the child, does this also need to be updated, perhaps the declation in css sheet is not being picked up on correctly and not applying the changes?

I used different CSS tweaks but don’t get the titles changed to normal instead of uppercase.

Tried this CSS tweaks:
