since Woo 3.0, brand description (text) is displayed twice on a brand page.

I have moved my additional CSS rules from the theme options (where they were not being applied) to the child css stylesheet and they are also not being applied. The rules are not being picked up on at all when looking via Firebug. These changes did used to work fine but updates have stopped them working. Please help, I have some important stylistic changes to the site that are no longer being applied.

Is it possible to remove a link from one of the menu items? If I hover over “shop,” I want the headings for different categories to be text only. I had this with my old theme. Is this an option? Thanks for great support!

My category description does NOT show on the category page. Any idea? I do not see this option under the Theme Options…

I’m sorry to inform you that flatsome does not support ux shortcodes in woocommerce product vendor plugin, made by woothemes. I’m talking about shortcodes on vendor pofile page. Please do look into that in new versions of flatsome. On vendor profile page bad shortcodes appears. Also woocommerce shortcodes does not work. I tried the twenty seventeen defauld wordpress theme and there woocommerce shortcodes works, but not in flatsome, witch makes it a flatsome theme failure. I have latest version of flatsome 3.3.2, woocommerce 3.0.1 and woocommerce product vendor plugin, by woothemes version 2.0.26

Hello, I’m considering your theme, but since I can’t find an admin demo to see how everything works, I need to ask a few vital questions.

1. Does the theme support the full size setting using a Product Masonry setting, so you only have say XYZ i.e. 20 px gutter on the left and right of the canvas, not wasting white space, with this being stated, can it also be controlled at the header body and footer level and or segmented pages, post, cart plus other page grouping controls?

2. Does the theme have an attachment options for a custom css, this is also vital, as I want an easy way to override css rules, mainly look and feel, without having to copy and past css elements into a file, that a very hard way to maintain changes for me? I guess I can always the use the Yellow Pencil Visual CSS Style Editor, but it’s super slow, beyond powerful, but slow. I prefer to hand edit my css using my my own tools.

I would love to be able to control ever aspect of the theme, so it can be expanded to look nothing like the box provides. Having a true grid level element control seems to be what your theme is on the path too?

With that being stated, I’m impressed with what I see so far, I have purchased many themes and honestly many fall short of a great usability, bloated, filled with heavy bugs, incompatible with well known mainstream plugins and lack true custom controls. Thus are very limiting, when you need control, speed and great usability. Which we all know in the end is what makes you stand out among the crowd.

Do you happen to have a sandbox demo admin, like YITH offers, so you can demo features before spending too much time designing with results that are not fitting the needs.

Hi sorry for all the comments but we think we found the issue it was with another plugin that is made by woocommerce called picking pal when users that are logged in they cannot view products it provides the header of your theme but not the product, but if you deactivate this plugin the logged in users can view your products

After updating the latest Flatsome I got this warning:

flatsome/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.6.1 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0,

Hi, Since the Woocommerce has updated my web site has been with problems! Since last night I realized that the checout process can not be completed, it shows like some kind of overlayed label on the checkout label. I have the last version of Flatsome (3.3.2) and woocommerce 3.0.1. I really need help ASAP with this because I am loosing sales every minute! PD: I was selling totally normal until the updates.

I have upgraded to 3.3.2. and all my other plugins are up to date. I’m having an issue with the translation some texts are not translated (Login, Account Details). I didnt have this issue before the upgrade. What can I do. Thank you.

WooCommerce Theme is great to support a shopping site like www.babytoys.pk. The modifications in menu, style and design are the appreciated improvements. Updating the features and giving responsive theme is considerable.
