Hi, I am very happy with your product and I want to congratulate you for such great work.
I understand that putting “autoplay” is a bad idea for the website and users. But I have no choice. I bought the product without checking if the web had autoplay, and now I do not know what to do. I need you to please help me fix it, maybe some script or something that will allow me to do autoplay when a user logs in.
Please make an exception with my case and help me.

Hello, can you post a link please? Generally a 16/7 proportion for shows and other featured images is perfect. For Podcasts squared pictures are the standard (1600×1600 minimum is recommended for a good result, 2550×2550 is better)

Please be sure to have version 1.1.1 it will fix all.
404: This is because of other reasons (wp cache) just go in Permalinks and save.
The tildes for the Spanish language of the letter sources do not work properly. for example is POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD but showme POLÉTICA DE PRIVACIDAD only problem in menu section.
please test the new version have many bugs for the script many many errors in colors… and the child theme mmmm grrrr

Hi! Icons customization on hover was probably removed in latest colors update for uniformity. WIll see to reintroduce it in next theme udpate.
I want to be able to put more podcasts on one page but now the template allows me to put only one podcast on one page. Is this some idea for the near future? We cut our shows to multiple short items and want them to display on one page all together so somehow it should be possible to add more (in our case) MixCloud links to one page.
Hello, you can put unlimited podcasts by adding them in the content. Just write the title of the podcast and link it to the Mixcloud or Soundcloud or Youtube podcast, it will be automatically embedded.
Anyway, the idea of the podcast pages is that each one is a podcast, don’t really suggest to put more than one in a single podcast page.
It worked! Thanks! We need to do this because we don’t put a full length show online only the important items per show and these take around 3-5 minutes each and it is best for us to have them at the same page instead of people clicking a dozen of times to listen to all of them.

Hello Dear Host I purchase the theme at the moment the only problem is that on your demo when you press play to the music, and you keep searching on the website the music never stop so i upload everything on the Manual that you provide the music is playing but, when i try to look around the page the music stop every time i go to a new section on your demo stay playing and yes the popup is working 100% but i don’t want to use that i want it to never stop playing when customer come in and hit play can you help me ?

Regarding your issue, please note that what you mention is a function provided by the Ajax page load plugin, provided with the theme. Please go in the Plusing manager of your Wordpress and be sure all of the required plugins are actived.
The ajax plugin has no settings, it just needs to be active.
By the way, you may have some other plugin causing the issue.
If you have a usage issue or a malfunctioning, please always try disabling any 3rd party plugin and retry, as there are many badly developed plugins out there, and 90% of the times they are the cause of any problem

hi! 1) No, is a SUPER bad thing for your site, and we want out customer’s sites to be good. Please check on Google “why autoplay is bad”. None of the world best radios have autoplay.
2) No, you need a streaming provider like shoutcast or wavestreaming
3) Nothing to do with the theme, the schedule days and shows are normal pages
one more question dear webmaster, does this theme has the options of shop? in our radio station we sell product like t-shirt i didn’t see that option. can you please let me know.

Hi, it has to come from shoutcast, icecast, wavestreaming, radio.co or similar, the theme just links a pre-existing stream to the player.

Hi! Please note that this theme as an optional ajax plugin. Ajax makes the music continue across pages.
AsSense rules says is forbidden to use adsense in ajax-loaded pages, as it can’t work properly, so to make it you need to disable the ajax plugin.
Then to add the adsense, you may find tons of plugins, we don’t really have any special one recommended.

Hi! I’m sorry I don’t understand really well what you mean for ” I would like the button in the top right to play the live show when live, and the previous show looping when not live” but i’m pretty sure is not a function you can achieve.
The button only opens the player.
The player is connected to a customizable mp3 stream URL (like a standard Shoutcast URL) so it depends on what you stream on your streaming service. The theme simply connects to the stream.

1- I would like to change the icon of “show on air” (bars) section by the “play (arrow)” icon and be able to always link to a specific url (within the site).

3- Is it possible that I can customize the widgets of the sidebar according to the page?.

I bought this product to install on wordpress.. I installed the plugin and it works.. The child of the parent also installed correctly, but the paernt(main) does not want to install.. It uploads the file and then it takes me to a new page where it says this..

Thanks to this i can tell you for sure what the problem is: in your PHP settings there is a limit about the maximum upload size.
We have a short tutorial containing 3 different ways to bypass the limit.
Every server is different, so there are 3 ways because depending on your specific server, one of these may work while others don’t.
