Hi, I have not heard back from your internal support ticket system. Can you please address here or get back to me. Since the update, you support with I Home finder is no longer valid since a user can browse a listing gallery anymore. This is a pretty huge bug that we need to patch today. I already have a license for theme x and I know the new version 5 is available now but I am confused about the different between theme X 5 and Theme X Pro.
I want to buy another license for a client but what is the difference? What is Theme X missing that is not called Pro? and does the Pro version comes with all the extensions that are included with theme X?
Can you explain the main difference?

Hi, I’m an installation service provider here in envato and I’ve tried all morning to register the theme but when the registration asked me if I want to associate the purchase code with the site url and I hit yes, nothing happens.
Also when I register with the information the client gave me I got a 502 Bad Gateway error so I have to reload the page again to access.
I need to register the product to finish the job, but as I said before, I’ve tried all morning and I just can’t. If I send the information to you, the purchased code and the site url can you help me?

Hello, I am evaluating a couple of themes to rebuild a complex site. Would it be possible for you to tell when your next update will be? I am asking because the theme has not been updated for quite a few months now and some of your major competitors have introduced certain remarkable upgrades. Would very much like to know how long we have to wait to see how your latest improvement would compare.

There is one small thing that I notice which perhaps you should consider improving: in the bbPress demo, the participant’s profile picture is always set to the left of the reply. That is good in desktop mode but problematic in the mobile portrait, when the text column width is squeezed to a ridiculously 20 some character count. The double padding on either side is not helping either. I know this is a preset by bbPress, but I have seen sensible solutions in other themes where the profile pic flows to the top of the reply when media width narrows. What do you think?
ps: I am happy that I asked just a few hours before your major update. Hmmm, maybe your theme is destined to my site?

This is a little disappointing. bbPress template is not for us casual coders to reconfigure.
That is simply part of using a template. What you see is how it works out of the box, and if you need anything different than that you are welcome to customize as needed.

Pre-sales question here. My hosting account (Go Daddy) allows me to build a website behind-the-scenes and then, when ready, transfer to the main website. I’m a complete noob on this, but X is tied to one site, will I not be able to build the site first on the secondary site and then move it to the main site? I’m pretty use the secondary site will have a dummy name, but I can contact the host to find out for sure.

Concerning X…I have a dedicated client who wants full screen video on almost every page (..). It should also run fluently especially on mobile devices… And also as a background….so no image fallback. Can your theme handle that?
If so what should be the (ideal) specs for video on mobile, tablet and desktop?

Thanks for writing in! As for any section or slider area using a “background video,” these videos are not displayed on mobile and are instead replaced with a “poster image” of the video for performance reasons. If you need true video running on mobile, you can certainly place either our self-hosted video element, or a third party embed via our content builder. As for video specs, this is dependent on your needs (performance, resources, site dimensions, et cetera), so you will need to ascertain that once you start working on your project. As for integration with services like OpenTable, this would be something that would need to be done via a plugin.

Does this theme work with Woozone?

We have no experience with WooZone in particular, but as long as it’s coded to WordPress official coding standards there’s no reason why it wouldn’t work with X as we strictly follow those.
I have a website which uses X-Theme 4.6.2 and pages built using Visual Composer. I’m prepared to update my support for X-Theme but I no longer wish to use VC as I want to make use of Cornerstone which I believe comes with the upgraded X-Theme. Is that correct? How do I need to go about this? Is there a fast and easy way to transfer a whole bunch of VC pages to Cornerstone or is it a manual process which might take hours of time?

1. Can the builder be used across all post types – so blog, portfolio/project etc, or just when creating pages? 2. When resizing user uploaded images, does the theme maintain original aspect ratio or do you use some predefined image sizes only? 3. Does the theme cooperate well with WPRetina plugin? 4, Are the images properly scaled for smaller res screens? (seems obvious but a very large theme I just bought doesn’t do that, hence the question) 5. Is you code well optimized?

1. The builder can be used with any post type, such as post, pages, products etc.
2. We use pre-defined sizing for different images throughout the theme, but when you use the builder and add an image it’ll keep it’s original size.
3. There are no known incompatibilities with the WP Retina plugin.
4. All images are scaled based on screen sizes and aren’t oversized or distorted.
5. All code is optimized and we serve minified JS and CSS files for faster loading times.

Has there been any change in the options available for integrating with your optin forms? Could the MailChimp extension be made to work with Convertkit? The ConvertPlug extension does integrate with ConvertKit, but it seems to be just a modal. I’m very interested in purchasing this theme but want to make sure I can make it work with the systems we are currently using. Thanks!

I can’t remember right off if Convertkit is on that list (it may be), but I’d definitely encourage you to check back when the update is live (within the next week or so). Each stack is unique and you can’t mix stacks and their unique functionality and features. From a pure element stand point though Cornerstone is available with all stacks so those can be used with any of the stacks.

1. Achieving a similar site like the mentioned one might need some customization. We feature a wide range of extensions which can help you achieve such a layout but there is work involved.
2. Ethos should be the stack if choice in your case as it’s the magazine themes one.
3. You can set backgrounds for rows and column depending on your needs without adding custom css inside our Cornerstone builder when building a page layout.
