Can you update the theme with the latest version of Ultimate VC Addon, i think its 3.16.20 as the one supplied is not compatible with latest version of WooCommerce hence we cant edit the Product variations

Hello. I have two problems: 1. After checkout order displays “Can not shop when the cart is empty” – it no does congratulatory text. However mistletoe information is sent to the user that made the order, mail comes to me, it’s an order. Everything is exactly just that congratulatory text does not go. 2. These are the 3rd party plugins files. Please ask the 3rd party plugin authors to update the plugins and make the compatible with latest Woocommerce plugin. These are not related to the Porto theme.

I think you are using the PHP 7 version. Can you please change your PHP 7 version into PHP 5.6 because Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer did not support the PHP 7 version. So please before installing the Demo change the PHP version and after install the Demo you can revert back to PHP 7 version for the fast speed. I hope PHP 5.6 version did not create the problem for you.

IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘if’ (T_IF) in /home4/wflogin/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/loop/sale-flash.php on line 1. I have already tried three time. I think your theme is not uploaded properly. Please download the fresh copy of Porto theme from ThemeForest then install the theme again from CPanel then your issue will solve auto. Actually, this file is crashed during the theme uploading.

You have your own VC element called: Porto Product Category (show multiple products in a category). But this only let’s choose 1 category from the available category dropdown.

The idea is that you can choose multiple categories in this VC element, so you can show products from for example 3 categories you choose.

in the last porto update porto v3.5.4 there is 2 file name errors … in folder wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions

right now its reading layout.php and is giving php erros on home page :

i had the rename the file layout.php-1 to layout.php and rename the layout.php to layout.php-old tho i think it needs to be removed.

after swapping the files name the theme is working as it should…

i think you have a file name errors in porto v3.5.4 have a look at my screenshots.

i dont know how this passed the testing of envato…

BTW i have it on php v 7.0.17 wandering if porto is compatible with php 7.1.3 ?

unless the layout.php file is the new version and the layout.php-1 was the old file… i cant seam to run the layout.php file as it crashes the site.

terns out that if you have in porto settings Show WPML Currency Switcher ON when you dont have it on in WPML it will throw the php errors above. on the new layout.php.

Hello again! I am trying out the portfolio feature. Unfortunately I don’t know how to add more than one picture (uploading picture to Change Featured Image section) to my portfolio page. If you want to translate this search word and other English words then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your language. You can find these files inside wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder en_GB.po and .mo files.

If you are not able to do that then please give us WP admin and FTP login details of your site and hosting so we will do it for you.

Sorry to say that we have already removed the Master Slider from our theme because it causes the lots of issue with the theme JS files. Please use the Revolution Slider plugin we have included in our latest theme.

Sorry for the delay. Actually, you can not change the priority of the 3 fixed default tabs of Woocommerce plugin which priority set by us with 10,20 and30 but you can change the priority of the custom tabs 1 and 2 with your custom tabs priority number by edit the product and also you can change the priority of the Global custom Tab from Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product section. It means you can shuffle or change the priority of the custom tabs only not 1st three tabs of Description, Additional Information and Review.

Porto updated version has been released now. Please update Porto theme 3.5.4 with latest Woocommerce compatibility and all templates updated.

After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

This is not related to the theme …. but I’ve noticed I experienced something that a lot of others here are experiencing.

Some of the PHP files that are being uploaded become distorted ‘after’ upload … so if you compare the contents of the file ‘offline’ then re-download the same one from the FTP it’s distorted … so all the lines are incorrect.

I assume this is a server / ftp issue – rather than theme related?

Yes – updating via the Envato Toolkit actually solved it. However, I have noticed even after re-compiling the theme this black bar appears under the single product title? https://unsee.cc/beradozu/

Don’t worry, I’ve found it … I removed ’ <?php echo ‘ ’; porto_woocommerce_next_product(true); porto_woocommerce_prev_product(true); echo ‘ ’; ?> ’ from that file and added it to child theme instead. Thanks.

Problem with update:

The most seems to work just fine, but when I update/activate Porto Shortcodes plugin I get this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in ../wp-content/plugins/porto-shortcodes/shortcodes/porto_schedule_timeline_container.php on line 1

I updated the theme through FTP as always with every theme we work with. This error have I just not seen before, and also just happens with your plugin Port Shortcodes.

I have not used your support before and are probably not going to do the next 6 months, so I’m not sure why I should purchase it.

Sure you have an issue here with your plugin.

We have not received this type of issue yet anywhere. Can you please delete the plugin and re-install it again.
