There’s a problem in the backend. None of the dropdowns seem to work anymore. If I try to click on any dropdown while editing a page, it doesn’t do anything!

I am using a touch monitor. And the problem seems to be specific to the colour dropdowns.
I tried disabling all plugins, but nothing works. It was fine just a month or so ago.

I tried the patch. It doesn’t work on the touchscreen still. But it works on my non-touch laptop.
Be sure to have delete browser cache all users have confirmed the patch fixes all the issues.
Did all that. I’ve run the patch again. I deleted the cache, opened the page in incognito and nothing.
Sincerely I don’t know how to help, in the last 2 months (since the patch was created) all customers have confirmed the patch just fixed all the problems. Please comunicate us the exact model and browser version you have if some other customers will report the same we notify you a possible fix, actually is even not possible to replicate and debug.
Hi, I purchased the theme some time ago but have only just started developing a site with it – unfortunately, my support has expired but hoping you can help regardless. On a portfolio page – I can’t find where the alternative social share widget is to change for the alternative type. In addition, the current share layout and Divider above it is indented compared with the Summary and Detail information, with no obvious way to fix it. I also don’t have access to adjust the Dividers between Summary Except and SocialShare button. If it helps, I am using the Full Width Gallery Portfolio template with Details on the Right Layout. I’d greatly appreciated your assistance!

Hi, unfortunately I wasn’t aware at the time or I would have held off purchasing as the included support was never used. I don’t have any way of raising a ticket with you (system won’t allow me to access it without renewing and paying for additional support) or sharing a screengrab..a little disappointed to be honest as it’s likely to be a minor issue.

I appreciate that but I’d orefer not to share screenshots in the public forum..If you could guide me towards the section/location which deals with specifying dividers and social sharing icons when used in Portfolio pages, hopefully I’ll be able to address it myself from there.. the link to your demo for reference is: https://undsgn.com/uncode/portfolio/sidebar-gallery-full-width/ and specifically the divider between Year and Share widget (which is currently not aligned with the content above it, instead indented or ‘tabbed’ in). Hi damccormack! The problem is the divider not aligned? If it’s only this don’t worry and don’t waste your time, this is fixed (our fail) and next week we’ll publish a theme update.

Hey, I’m interested how can I change the padding around the logo in the menu? Your logo’s width is larger than height that’s why it looks good but my logo will be square, and if I use the desired logo height the whole menu is just too big. Where can I decrease the top/bottom padding around the logo for the menu? Thanks

Hi Cobscreator and sorry for delay! Unfortunately this is not an option by default of the famous Contact Form 7 plugin used by Uncode. I see there are some extensions for this, please have a check: https://www.google.com/search?q=contact%20form%207%20cookie%20plugin&rct=j
Since you need some complex cookies I suggest to test this before with a basic WordPress theme, if you are able to make this working with Contact Form 7 and the native theme then you’ll be able to use on Uncode too. I hope this helps!

For the sake of justice it’s important note that Uncode is super-optimised and you can see amazing loading times in our showcase, please test GTMetrix on some site to see impressive speeds, this is just an example. As you can see the problem is not the theme but the host you use.
You cannot expect to have good results if you are using Hostgator that is known as one of the worst host you can use with WordPress. You just need to search on Google to see that this host has big problems with speed (these results are not related to Uncode).

As you can see in the attached image, Owl Carousel offers a centred option where the active item is always in the centre and the items next to it are half on the screen. Is it possible for me to do this on your sites.

Our Related Post for WP is just an extended version of the famous Related Posts plugin (moreover the actual version of the plugin implements the Uncode extensions natively). Unfortunately I don’t have any reports for multisite, if you ask the author he can give you more detailed infos. Consider that from next Uncode update the plugin will be the official Related Posts for WP (that is now running our extension). Let me know if you need more infos!

There is a simple trick, you need to create the accordion, copy the generated code (clean by some JS classes) and insert as Raw Html in the tabs. Hi! When you check the page the slider is missing or you don’t find inside the admin editor? If the slider is missing from the page the problem is that you have imported demo contents before have activated the Uncode Core plugin.
