One license is for 1 website (including subdomains). There is no restrictions to use one license on multiple sites, but you can register license only for one website. License registration gives access to demo stacks and download links of bonus plugins (RH Frontend PRO, extensions for wordpress all import plugin and specification builder plugin). Other bundled plugins (Visual composer, MDTF) don’t require license activation. Also, support is for one domain per license.

Sorry but i dont understand. This is the way to set the homepage. I need to set the a custom page instead of the usual archive page. For example if i click cars category link on the menui will land to this custom page (and every link in the website to cars category will lead to that page).
