There is a option in Customize Shop | Product Page | Add to Cart which says:
Open Cart dropdown when product is added to cart
I don’t have this option checked. When add item to cart, the dropdown is still displayed. How can i disable it? because I have long list of items..

Hi, I would like to install the theme “Flatsome – Sale Countdown”, but that is just one of the theme demo’s not optional in the install wizard. But when installed with a Flatsomer demo theme, you can again find the option in the menu under Demo, just like on this Themeforest page. But how can I select Demo “Sale Countdown”?

Hi, in the UX Builder, I’ve set the “open in lightbox” option for an image gallery to “off”, but the images keep opening up in a lightbox — Is this a bug or am I missing something?

The updated files for compatibility with woocommerce 3.0.3 that you have for download are the same ones from the last update. The files are not updated in the download. Still not compatible with woocommerce 3.0.3

This recent update killed the formatting on my site, removed the header logo and navigation and left aligned the entire full width page…my client is pissed – rolling back now fingers crossed. It’s moments like this (having owned this theme for a couple of years) that the new support system is a bummer.

I upgraded to the newest version of flatsome (3.3.3), newest version of woocommerce (3.0.3) and now the image gallery of a single product isn’t working. Usually my products have variations and images associated to those variations and when you picked a variation, it would show that image. Now it doesn’t. Also the thumbnails below the main image don’t work – they don’t change the main image.

Hi, There seems to be a lot of problems with woocommerce 3.0.x You have stated the theme is compatible with 3.0.x but it isn’t. When activating woocommerce 3.0.x I end up with hundreds of pages in my shop with like 1 or 2 products on each page. Not the 18 I have set in the theme settings.
Also drop down menus do not work with woocommerce 3.0.x
The theme has been great up until now so it would be great if you can fix these problems as I cannot use woocommerce 3.0.x with Flatsome at the moment. I have had to revert back to 2.6.x to be able to use the theme.

I fix the first question about Related Products, i changed the sentence in retaled.php in flatsome/woocommerce/single-product , but it should be translated in woocommerce directly, i dont understand why it dont happen…

I have some images that are wide and not tall. They are not showing up well in the products page. It is all coped off because its a wide picture.
