I purchased this theme to work with WooCommerce 3 and it looks like I have run into a lot more errors compared to the old version of this theme. My drop down menus are not working, when you click on the tabs on the product pages it doesn’t change, the quantity doesn’t work when you click the +/- I downgraded to the 2.9 version they have and it seems to work right now with the WooCommerce 3.0.3 that they have released. It looks like the theme needs an update or something to fix some bugs to get it to work. I hope they do becuase I paid for a lot of the functionality that has been added to the 3.3.3 version and not the old one.

Presale question: According to the demo website the section masks (arrow, angle, etc.) does not seem to work on Firefox and Internet Explorer and Edge. Will that be fixed as I need to use that feature.

Hello, i’d like to remove the little blue floating help icon that your theme has installed on my site… it appears everywhere, even in woocommerce.

It’s like a nightmare… WooCommerce released 3.0.3 and some theme files are out of date again.

If I create a page layout, can I save that layout as a template to use on other pages? I don’t see an option to do so in the builder.

I bought this theme a couple of days back but the vendor functionality does not seem to work.I have installed Wc marketplace and Wc vendors as well with Woo commerce.I do get an option “register as vendor” but when i key in the details like id and password ,the register option remains disabled.please suggest what needs to be done.

Hi, I have sent 3 emails now to your “Support” email about my banner (slider) on homepage not working anymore. The answer i got is that “it is probably a caching issue” is not correct! I have sent you 2 more emails after that asking you to look into it more thoroughly but haven’t had any response since then. The problem clearly hasn’t got anything to do with caching at all. I have checked the website from many different devices, browsers and locations and the problem is the same everywhere and has been like that for over a week now. We have used your theme now for a few years and we are very happy. We have not made any custom changes to the site other than a few css snippets. Will we run into any issues if we update from 2.9 to 3.0?

I think that the changes of the staff in theory are going to be better but they have to take into account the installations and the operability. Right now you have many clients dissatisfied with the breakdown of their websites. It happens to me with a client who after updating I have left their site inoperative. Please solve these problems now. We have written several times without getting anything clear on their part. I think that 5 stars that gave this theme 5 will continue to give the theme but the team I think eliminated 5 stars in concept of problem solving. It is desperate

Hi, I updated WP to latest, WC to latest and flatsome from 2x to 3x and getting message that some WC template files are out of dated in theme. is there any fix for this?
