After all updates i have some problems on “Produt page”…
1. If I use »Right Sidebar« sidebar is over prices, 2. If I use »Right Sidebar« Icon »add to wishlist« in over line, 3. Product name is not in the same line with price, 4. Is it possible to write product name in 2 lines and change position of price (first price and than name)? 5. I have some problems with translation. After upgrade no translations work for porto theme. (.mo and .po files are in correct folder) and how can i translate this two words? 6. Is it possible to show smaller picture?

3.5.5 seems to work perfect with WC3.0.3. – Product stock does no longer update after order is paid but i guess this have to be an WC bug.
A few smaller CSS adjustments and we are set to GO.

Thank you for contacting us, Make sure you are using latest version which is 3.5.5. Then please go to Theme Options > Skin > Compile default css. from here compile theme css and plugin css one by one, after that save changes. Check your page after clearing browser cache and all will be fine.

hi.. i did do that Theme Options > Skin > Compile default css. but menu of “skin” locked and doesnt work ( i mean no show any option and dont show drop menu) i using your porto since almost a year and always i can do demos very verrryy easly.. but now something is wrong.. you have to check you will see that problems.. shop1, shop2, shop4 is doesnt work good.. i cant using support system. when i want to use it is say me user is already taked.. you gonna contact me if you want to help! o.firat@outlook.com.tr. I think this is your 3rd party plugin conflict issue. Please deactivate your all 3rd party plugins excluding theme related plugins then check your theme options. I hope your skin option will work fine.

Running into a issue that has me stumped. Site displays fine on desktop, ipad and iphone, however we are unable to login or use any of the forms while on an Android device. https://realtyfund.us

Error continues
Only works when you turn off the woocomerce
I’ve tried to register for support and also emailed you, but have not received either the confirmation email or a response.
The blocks page isn’t functioning correctly. I already enabled VC for blocks in Role Manager, but the ‘Add New’ block page won’t accept input, and none of the interface is functioning (Screen Options, CSS, collapsing sections, etc.).
The error at the bottom of the page reads “Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/content/22/9061722/html/newsite/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/content_types/content_types.php on line (###)” At first it was line 209 so I commented that line out just to see if that would fix it. Got the same error, only with line 105.
Again, I’d submit a support ticket, but so far have received no registration confirmation or email response. Thanks.

We have solved these demos issue in our latest theme so please download the fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest and update on your site then your will be able to install the demo on your site.

i did download yesterday 3.5.5 and upload new one.. if you did check my site it is porto v3.5.5.. anyway, i give up, thank you!
Then I think you are using the PHP 7 version. Can you please change your PHP 7 version into PHP 5.6 because Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer did not support the PHP 7 version. So please before installing the Demo change the PHP version and after install the Demo you can revert back to PHP 7 version for the fast speed. I hope PHP 5.6 version did not create the problem for you.
IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

Porto updated version has been released now. Please update Porto theme 3.6 with latest Woocommerce compatibility and all templates updated. After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

So it means that it’s your 3rd party plugin issue. Please deactivate your all 3rd party plugins and only activate the theme plugins then check your Porto >> Theme Options. I hope your issue will be solved.
Otherwise, there is no issue in the theme we have checked it at our end.

Hi ! im having issues in my Home Page. After i update the theme, im showing a Text block right in the bottom. I Tried to delete it wi Visual Composer but it doesnt let me delete it.
I also have two additional question: -How do i insert “sticky post label HOT” to a Product.? -How do i make bigger the “Product Price”, in the product page.?

For Hot label first make sure that form Theme Option > woocommerce > Single product. Make sure Show “Hot” Label is set to Yes. Then make your product Featured to show hot label on it.
To change the size of product title please add this custom css in Theme Option > Skin > Custom css You can change font size as you like. ul.products li.product h3, ul.products li.product-category h3 { font-size: 20px !important; }

I would be very grateful if you could add the Product Masonry option, I’m even willing to pay extra to have it completed ASAP.
I tested many themes and keep coming back to yours, yours seems to hit the mark more than others I have tested in this frustrating world of too many theme to choose from.
Except that do support the Product Masonry option and your also does not support the yith infinite scrolling option, which I already use or some type of progressive loader to replace yith.
