Hi! Unfortunately delays are normal in software development worlds, this happen to any tech company. Also WooCommerce team recently delayed the new release due to some unexpected bugs (just a recent example). Anyway now the update passed the testing of our beta users and it’s ready for final Envato review. Have you some bugs or issue with the actual version and you are waiting the update?

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Yes, I already imported the demo content but I deleted the ones I didn’t like. But I forgot to copy the template for that layout. I’ll just download that page again. Thanks for the help.
Yes don’t worry! Please note that in the demo import screen you can also import selective layouts, so in the pages list you can select to import only this one (note that this will import all the images again if you have deleted, but there is a button also for delete media). Otherwise ask the support team to support you re-create this layout!
How do I add links to media gallery images???? I put in a custom link and set both the Modul and Single Block media to custom link and it is still not working.

Uncode is a famous theme with more than 20.000+ sales, this plugin has just 3.000, it seems this plugin uses too generic and aggressive codes, I’m pretty sure the author can suggest you a quick fix. Otherwise open a ticket in our Help Center so we can check details or contact the author for you!
Last question, but great theme! I’m using your vCard setup and noticed that the current option is only one background image. I’d like to do a fade effect with several images. It seems like the active background doesn’t work (sounds like the option to fetch multiple images).
Should I be doing a layer slider or something? Any help on this would be great.

I’m sorry but this is not an option, we are one of the most flexible themes but in the limits of what we show in our demos. If this is essential for you, it’s possible create the same layout with Slider Revolution that is part of theme.

Hi, I am using the offcanvas menu eversince I purchased the theme last year. Recently the menu disappears after 1 sec when clicked in google chrome. Any fix for this?

It seems related to some plugins or possible customisations you have, in fact we don’t have any other reports. Anyway we’ll release the Uncode pretty soon you can test if this help.

Yes by default new demo contents will have 3 column as default shop page. It’s something just about admin settings you can achieve right now but if you want to check just wait the update.

Hi, I just purchased this theme. I’m having difficulty with the content block because the visual composer plugin seems to not be active in that section. I can still edit the vc code but it’s all text.
I’ve tried to de-activate visualcomposer and re-activate but not sure what else to do. Can you give me some advice? Thanks!

Hi, sorry for delay and thank you for interest! No Uncode is only WP, too many options and dynamic functionalities for a static HTML template, if you are a developer take a deeper look, Uncode is a bit different from average WP themes and generally devs love it.
I originally purchased this theme a while ago for a client but due to project delays are just now starting to use the theme fully.
I noticed the latest update is from November of 2016 which is roughly 6 months ago and a major update to Visual Composer as of 8 months ago hasn’t been reflected in the theme. From what I’ve read in the comments using other page builders isn’t recommended because of Uncode’s customized Visual Composer (4.12), so it’ll render the theme useless at some point given VC’s use of shortcodes.
Is it safe to say, this theme shouldn’t be used based on the lack of recent updates?

Even if there were no updates this not mean this is not an amazing theme (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/) moreover Uncode it’s one of the Envato top seller themes on the Envato list. As final note this is the newsletter we have sent to our customers one week ago announcing the imminent release of the new version. Let me know if we missed the point.

Thanks for the reference to the newsletter. “We’ll be the first to admit that this update has faced some serious delays,”—it seems there are future updates to the theme, which was my original cause for concern.
I agree it’s a high-quality theme. I spent a lot of time researching everything offered on Envato, and Uncode was at the top of the list.
I was simply confirming there will be consistent updates in the future given an amazing theme is useless if it isn’t compatible with the latest WordPress or any of its core plugins aren’t updated. It would be good to work with the latest versions of the plugins offered with the theme but for now, I’ll wait.
