Hello, Just purchased the theme. Looks fantastic! Only one problem with woocommerce: the default woocommerce product overview page gives an error. It doesnt seem compatible with the latest version. Checked the Theme help and downgraded Woo to version 2.6.14. Still not working. Do you now a solution or when can we expect the update compatible with the latest WooCommerce?

Please just update your theme to the latest version 2.0.7 (see release notes). This version of the theme fully supports WooCommerce 3.0.4.

Or you can change theme strings with the Loco Translate plugin.

Hi, I have been really having issues with this product and your other theme, werkstatt. Kalium tells me the update fails and that the domain is not authorised.
It could be because I tested it out on another website, but when I found it was not compatible with my existing content, I deactivated it, and decided to use it on a new site.
The support is down, I am unable to submit a ticket, or to search tickets, and so I wrote here.

Hello,
After update to 2.0.7, the layout is not displaying properly, everything has shifted to the left and text is not fully visible. Have tried adjusting the row stretch settings in Visual Composer, but it did not work. Can you please advise?

I was just wondering if there was a way of changing the loading effect of the thumbnails on the masonary portfolio page. (from my website, www.dvaz.co)
For example I would like to have a loading style from this demo: https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/photography/
Is this only possible with custom CSS, or going into the themes files? Or is there a setting I am missing?

Update on VC-Loading: it’s a plugin-conflict: disable Redis and Simple ssl solve this loading problem.

Not at all. I put a backups made before the update. When I update kalium, all the images and the menu no longer work. So I can not update my site anymore.

We have checked your site and the Media library is not showing any image, the problem is not related to the theme or any plugin because we have switched to another theme and the problem persists, and re-installing WordPress didn’t help either. Please contact your hosting company or ask any WordPress professional as we can’t help on an issue which is not related to us.
P.S. The support badge is the badge which appears next to your username when you have support, as you can see next to your name there is only “Purchased” and not “Supported” which means your support has expired, and to get further support from us (and any other item here on ThemeForest) you will need to renew it.

Can you tell me who told you to buy a license for the support? You asked what is a “support badge” and we explained it.
It has absolutely nothing to do with the theme, switch the theme, disable the plugins and you will be sure about that. The theme update did not cause this, if you want to fix your problem then follow my instructions and contact someone from your host or look around for any fix on Google.

The problem is not just images. The menu does not work either. And that after making the update. Then please, do not tell me you can not help it. This is totally false and hypocritical on your part. I have read that several buyers have had to also problems after updating kalium. So I think the problem comes from your reading up to date. It is unacceptable and badly honest.

Try to be polite when writing here, we have been correct to all of our customers and we haven’t pushed anyone to purchase a support subscription even if we are not responsible to answer if you have not a support badge, you can look up the other themes and see their support system and I know how they work and what they answer to their customers.
If the problem is with the theme we will find a way to help everyone as it is not ethical to say the problem is elsewhere, if we would want not to fix your issue we wouldn’t have asked for your login credentials.
You are misinforming because you have never written something about the menu, if the update caused a problem with your site then you can simply ask on a new comment for that issue but do not say that the update caused problems with your images, you are accusing us for something which we have never done and we have been respectful to every user here. Try to read all the comments from the beginning carefully.
Case closed, if you have other issues you can write about them on a new ticket, there is not anything we can add here.

Hi. After updating to the latest version of Kalium, my slider revolution license (that I purchased separately) suddenly is not getting validated anymore. When entering my personal purchase code on the plugin page, the status remains on “not activated”. Since everything is working fine when switching to any standard wp theme and the plugin used to work fine with any previous version of Kalium, it has to be an issue that is caused by any your theme files. Since I need some premium features of the revolution slider plugin, I have to get it working again as quick as possible. Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks!

From the upcoming version we will be removing the activation part from our theme since it was causing some strange issues, to quick fix it follow these instructions:
1 — Go to Appearance > Editor2 — On the right side choose the laborator_functions.php file.
3 — Find this part of the code and remove it:
add_filter( 'pre_option_revslider-valid', '__return_true' );
Click Update File and everything should be alright
