Created a support ticket 3 hours ago, it seems responses are faster here and this is extremely urgent. When I updated the theme today on 2 websites it seemed to totally clear all styles – all styles are now default browser styles (links, text styles, background colors, etc). And the stylesheets for both the theme and child theme are blank except for the document headers.

I’m facing a very serious issue since I launched my website with this theme: my clients are not beeing directed to a confirmation page after having paid, and the cart remains unchanged. As a result: many double or triple payments for my customers who don’t feel safe to order any more. I tried to solve this problem with the support who told me to update woocommerce and some outdated files of the theme. But it didn’t solve the problem and nobody cares to my messages anymore…not really nice guys 
Hi bllysyphon! Have you tried to deactivate Uncode and test with the native WP theme? It seems so odd the problem is Uncode, we have hundreds of customers that use Uncode for eshop and no other users reported something like this. Anyway I’m going to check details of your installation privately.
Hi, I love your theme, I updated to 1.5 without problems, other that when trying to register and clicking the submit button, it displays a never ending “processing” icon animation. Do I need to renew my license? Thu I don´t need additional support by the time. Thank you!
Hi Pornozcar! No absolutely you don’t need to buy any extra licenses. A few users have reported this problem today and seems related to some host settings (while for the most perfectly works). We are now debugging the problem. Anyway we remind that in the Uncode 1.5.0 this is optional and no features are blocked if you don’t complete the registration. Hi Pornozcar! Product registration always loading issue is caused by the fact that you need to have installed the Envato Toolkit plugin (part of the theme) in order to comunicate with Envato. Sorry but yesterday too many messages

When we decide new features we give an order of precedence to the most requested features and have different logos on the same site it’s not so common, sorry.
I Undesign, I have noticed that in your demo the h1, h2, h3 ecc. font size are responsive instead in the demo content that I have imported in my site they aren’t responsive and they keep the same size for every window width. How can I fix it? Thank you very much

I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you’re saying. You are saying that you cannot replicate your own Uncode gallery? Of course, everyone has extra plug-ins.
Hi brianshumway, I simply say that you can verify that the gallery perfectly works on our demos and in other customers installation we have checked, we are not responsible if you have a possible compatibility issue with some of your plugins, there are more than 30.000 WP plugins out there… in case you can open a support request so we can check your installation and tell you what’s wrong. I hope this make sense and helps.
I’ve disabled all plug-ins except for uncode plug-ins and it still doesn’t work.

Hi there, update question: the server (shared hosting) is already struggling a bit with the Uncode install (max_vars, php execution etc.) Is this update gonna speed things up or does it need more recources? No probs but then I’ll have to consider if to update or not. Thanks!
Hi Codeigniter, this update has taken full control of the authors settings/layouts and therefore this affects Max Vars a bit ( https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002645429 ). One of the next updates will be exclusively on optimizing Max Vars, if now there are no new vital features you can wait, otherwise try an update and perform a backup first to avoid any possible problem as always suggested (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/214001205).

PHP 7 delivers an awesome performance boost and has been fully compatible with WordPress since late last year. Though, unfortunately many plugins and themes aren’t fully compatible with it. This is why you’ll notice that no Managed WordPress host (that I know of) has fully rolled it out to all customers—it’s a non-trivial thing.
