Thank you for your question! The Content Box element is similar to that in design and function. There are various layouts which can be chosen, but when adding a background color, linking the Content Box to a specific URL and adding an icon + Icon hover effect, you get a very similar look and feel. This can be created in columns varying from 1-6 columns wide. We have this element demoed here > http://bit.ly/2j2lGtN

I want to do quite simple things, but Avada is really annoying me at the moment. The content goes up behind and above the top menu. Also even if I set the layout to boxed, and try even very small widths, the width is full. I use Visual composer for the layout as I think there are much more options and easier to work with than your builder. Also there is a big margin above the logo, and that margin is in relation to what be top align of the menu that is to the right of logo. So best would be center aligned compared to menu, or maybe bottom aligned. But now it is a margin on top of logo, so logo is pushed down. Looks weird. I haven’t set that. Also another thing regarding logo etc. Normally, in any theme, when you remove the theme logo it defaults back so that you can have the name as you have written it in wordpress. Your theme does not. Should it, or is it working wrong for me?

This has been already requested and our developers have put a function for this that you can use to get H1 if page title bar is disabled, however i can not provide you with the code here for now and will request you to please open a support ticket with us and we will do that for you there

That simply means that your host is blocking access to our sever, you have to ask them to unblock the access so you can install our updates, however if they don’t do it you can simply use our alternate method to update theme and our plugins.

Did you clear you clear your cache completely?
After updates or applying patches, it’s best practice to clear the cache so you’re not mixing old cached files with new updated files. That will cause unexpected behavior.

Also try from an incognito/private browser window to be sure no browser cache is loaded.
You may need to reset your Fusion Cache. This won’t be done automatically when you install through FTP. This is located in Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS;

Hello
1 – When editing in (Theme Options)... does not save to the operations I do (logo change and others) ... show me a message at the top : (((Undefined))).
2- There’s something else …. (Fusion Patcher 1) I see an error message When pressed.
3- If I press (Home) to adjust them from inside (Pages) I receive an error message :

Which popup are you referring here? We will be able to tell you more precisely after taking a look at your site but if its a theme element it will definitely be Modal.
You will see it either set in Footer widgets area if its not available on the page element, please try Appearance > Widgets > Footer Widgets section.

I am using the UBER Menu plugin and the sticky header option for mobiles checked within the Avada theme. The issue is that the submenu is longer than the iphone screen and currently you can’t scroll to the end of the submenu when the sticky header for mobiles is enabled. Also I tried enabling the sticky header option, MENU + LOGO AREA, I didn’t like this look, but now when I try to have just the menu sticky the logo is still sticky no matter how many times I remove the cache etc on my iphone. Two issues happening here, please fix.

Ubermenu works fine with our theme, we had an issue earlier that was fixed in our later version so please make sure that you are on version 5.1.6 of Avada, however if you are still seeing anything that doesn’t work you can simply open a support ticket with us as you have Grandfathered support.

Hi, after updating to Avada 5.1.6, I have 500 internal server error on backend ( only backend! ). The problem is Fusion Builder: if I deactivate it, backend works properly. Update is done via FTP. It had already happened once, when I made an update before this update… Thanks

Are you hosting with Siteground on PHP 7? If so, they have a known issue with their configuration for PHP 7. The below server limits will need to be increased to correct this. Their support is aware of this, so they should be able to assist you in increasing these limits:

Lately, I can see that you have the Event Calendar as an included plugin for your theme.
I asked this a while back, but things might’ve changed. Can your theme handle something like a theatre or a cultural centre now?

We have designed this based on a theme I really don’t find inovative, but they have used WP posts and just made some boxes and arrays to control what pops up in these boxes you see in rows of 4. Basically you fill in date, venue, etc in a few arrays and they order by event date and hour of day, and even by venue (we made that function though)
Now, I would love to use your theme to do something like this in the future, cause this solution is not stable for an update.
Can you enlighten me to how we could get a result like this with Avada, if possible at all? I think name, date, venue and a read more of sorts is the essentials for the feed itself, and the same + well, more info, in the single event page.
If this can be done with your template you will have a few more licenses sold sooner than later

Thank you for your questions. We do have an Events element which will add upcoming events to your page in a grid. You would be able to filter the output by category if needed, and also set the number of columns from 1-6 and the maximum number of Events listed at one time. The image and title of the Event is a link to the single event post where more details are listed.

Quick question whilst I want for the login issue to be resolved: how would I prevent the logo from shrinking on the sticky header? I want it to remain the same size as the normal header, thanks.

I have replied about the login issue above and how to go forward with it, however regarding your other query there is an option in our theme where you can disable the sticky header animation and it will stop your logo from shrinking.
Please go to Avada > Theme Options > Header > Sticky Header > Sticky Header Animation and turn it off

Hi, We bought the Avada theme from another account, and installed on a test site. I have a question about the token. Can we generate and use it on a test site, and use it on the actual site/domain that we will buy soon? Or we should generate another token/buy another license for this installation. You can actually use the same token on development and live site both, however if its another domain URL that has separate content and is working along with your other live site URL then you need to purchase a new license and generate another token for it.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi.
The “Toggle/Accordion” shortcode that comes with Avada seems to be interfering with another toggle plugin that we use and cannot uninstall as we have used their shortcode everywhere over the years. The author is long gone and we cannot get in touch with him.

How can we solve this…?? As I need to keep this older plugin as well as use the accordion/toggle element that Avada provides.

If its a 3rd party plugin that is creating conflicts we can not say much unless we take a look at it and see if this can be somehow solved, what you can try is actually disable our toggle element from Fusion Builder > Settings Tab

Unfortunately, we cannot disable the Avada toggle element as we need that too for the more complex formats that we have on the site.
Are you guys able to make your theme more universal by fixing this conflict…?? (Not sure why this is an issue as the shortcodes used by the plugins are totally different.)

Which preview images do you mean? Do you mean the images that come up when you import our single demo pages via Fusion Builder?
That is actually intended and if you need to get the full content a full demo import is required which will bring all the library content as well.

I cannot select Fusion slider at Edit pages. It looks like Fusion Page Options do not work properly. Click any arrows such as Slider Type/Select Fusion Slider/Main Navigation Menu/Select Sidebar 1/Page Title Bar, there I see all [No results found]. I’m not able to make sure when this issue have occurred. I think it may be after 5.1.5 or 5.1.6 ver. Now I’m on 5.1.6 ver/WP4.7.3/php7. Any suggestion, please?

If your complete Fusion Options area is not working it simply means your update process was not performed properly so some of the theme files might have been dropped during the update.

Please also try disabling all your 3rd party plugin once, i see you haven’t created a ticket yet so please do open one as well and our team will take a detailed look at your issue and provide solution as well.
