Some bonus files may not be included but the core version of the plugin is included (we also provide updates and support for all Extensions). There are various theme options for customizing headers based on the Stack you are using or through use of one of our many 3rd party Extensions (UberMenu or Superfly for example).

how do you make a button with an image in Cornerstone?
Did I miss something? I was unable to automatically update a couple sites with valid license for the X.
I did it manually and now the CSS is broken and the site is messed up in all kind of levels.
I searched the changelog before and it says nothing about it this happening What do I do to fix this? I already cleared my cache. Tried changing the stack and return to Renew and it doesn’t recover the style nor icons.

Dear team, I bought long time ago your theme but still i did not use. I would like to build now a site with your new X Pro version. Can your demos (the normal and extended), still be used with X Pro and totally configurable once imported? Or I have to build from scratch on XPro? Hi support, I am contacting you on behalf of a new client, their website has been built with your theme and since the last lot of updates, the site really isn’t working. I was just wondering where I can locate your changelog for potential issues? The person who developed the site has contacted you and already gone through the process of reviewing your comment regarding disabling third party plugins etc and this has not resolved the issue. Could you please assist in the situation as the customer really needs her website up and running as its causing her to loose valuable business. Hi Themeco Support, Thank you for sending over the changelog location. I understand that you cannot help me directly with support. If necessary seeing that I don’t have a license I will purchase one but what I would like to know before doing so is if you will help me resolve the issue?
There is no point if you will not assist with resolving the problem encountered. Could you please advise? Could you possibly send me a way to send a secure message with the client’s website so you can have a look at how poorly it is running? Seeing it is actually your theme that isn’t running very well. I would like to think that you would want your product to be working at its best.

Without knowing what caused the issue, all we can say is that we do provide support to all of our customers for product related questions (non customizations or 3rd party plugins). If the error was due to a customization or 3rd party plugin that is the responsibility of the customer. Your client is welcome to contact us directly using the purchase code from their purchase to register at our site, and a member of our staff can take a look and provide guidance.

Is it possible to edit a single blog post with Cornerstone? And does Yoast e.g. recognize contents built with Cornerstone?

You can edit any post type with Cornerstone, including blog posts, pages, custom post types etc.
Yoast doesn’t recongnize content with Cornerstone, but it will still apply meta titles correctly.

Cornerstone’s shortcode markup is SEO optimized, but Yoast’s detection system seems to have issues finding the page content as it is within a section, row, and column shortcode.
I have cornerstone 2.03 and updated x theme to 5.02 and cornerstone does not work at all! I have submitted 3 tickets, posted on the forums, and now here. I also own 5 licenses which I need to make changes on the sites and cannot due to this issue. This is ridiculous and deserves 0 stars since the theme can’t be used anymore.

If you have any minification or caching plugins make absolutely certain those are turned off during an update and all caches purged.
Hi why do I not get notification from envato when X ist updating. For other themes or plugins I bought, I always get a mail. but none from X? I added the hook on X too. cheers snowbird

Since we are providing automatic updates when your license is validated you should see the update notification inside your WordPress dashboard. Hope that helps.
I have a whole bunch of questions:
1.) What are the recommended plugins/tweaks needed to achieve the pagespeed that you claim? I have a VPS and have full control over the backend but can’t achieve a 90% score on google pagespeed. I’m at 80% now but still fail google pagespeed. Pagespeed is a ranking factor and a key selling point for all themes in 2017.
2) How can I eliminate render blocking scripts above the fold? i.e. What is the best way to do that. Why didnt you guys incorporate this out-of-the-box since its a big issue with Google, who owns search.
3) Is it possible to have a Logo that is aligned left with a main navigation underneath the logo, also aligned left. I can only get the logo to align center when i use Layout > Stacked in header customization.
4) I keep getting this message “Plugin Superfly requires PHP ZIP extension enabled.”, how do you fix that.
5) What are some plugins that are NOT compatible with this theme. I am sure you guys have a list and customers should know this before buying this theme.
6) Is your breadcrumbs feature compatible with google scheme markup out-of-the-box? https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/breadcrumbs
7) Is the schema plugin compatible with json-ld or is it like “all-in-one rich snippets” plugin, which is a legacy plugin now.

I am comparing x theme with other themes and it seems like the product that you are selling is basically a plugin bundle with a basic theme. The native theme doesn’t appear to be different than the free themes that are available. The native navigation has an old drop down feature. To enhance this theme, you need plugins right? With the free elementor plugin out in the marketplace, there is a lot that can be accomplished without installing multiple plugins that could break your website or make your site vulnerable to hacking. What separates X Theme from the other themes in terms of its core product?
The X Theme DOES NOT include licenses for the 3rd party plugins! Why is this hidden from the sales page?
So is it safe to say that the X Theme wordpress theme is really a basic theme that needs plugins to be enhanced? What makes X Theme different than other themes, i am referring to the product itself not the support or demo content. I am really confused to what i purchased now!

We include a bundled version of all 3rd party plugins as advertised. We provide support for them as well as updates so you do not need a separate license for them as we handle everything from our end. The only thing you need to do is validate X and you’ll receive updates for all our extensions.

We always recommend creating a backup first and testing it on a staging environment to see if anything breaks but generally upgrading should not cause any issues. If you experience any make sure to contact our support within the member area.
Help! I tested it first and everything went great, but on the live site of the website of my client I have a big problem. Updating theme X to the new version went great, but now I have a problem with updating Cornerstone plugin and the website www.teunvandekeuken.nl now looks awful! Parts of the pages are missing and the lay-out is crap. What do do? In the dashboard of WP I get the note that updating Cornerstone failed: cant’ copy cornerstone/assets/dist-app/svg/elements.svg
Please help me out on this.

It sounds like Cornerstone is not on the latest version (needs to be updated with X if there is an update available which there is). You can deactivate and delete Cornerstone then X will prompt you to install it again, and this should get you on the latest version. Alternatively, you can download the latest version here from ThemeForest and pull out the Cornerstone zip and upload that to your plugin folder directly via FTP. Does the theme have the option for different title cases?
The theme by default uses the dubious sentence case. I would prefer not to have to manually find every instance of say for example, “Add to cart”, and change it to “Add to Cart”.
Despite what everyone on the coasts writing copy think, the new way of not capitalizing titles properly takes away from conversions.

You can inherit, capitalize or force uppercase and lowercase with CSS. But these changes would only impact as it was originally written, for example inherit would make the text as it was originally written in the theme/plugin in question. Capitalize would capitalize the first letter in each word making it “Add To Cart”.

Also, the links to the psd files are all broken and pulling 404s. The psd files are also not in any of the zip files, either downloaded direct from themeco or themeforest.

I know this isn’t the place for support, but the current support through the ticket system is falling well below the bench mark you guys previously set. I’ve had 3 different people give me the support equivalent of unplug it and plug it back in and being told things are working when they aren’t. Check my versions, etc… shut off plugins… It is a clean install of X with all the plugins you guys bundle (which I went ahead and shut off one by one.. no fix). X theme for the most part works, even the x pro is showing promise, but after the 5.0 update (on any browser) the “upload image” buttons for the plugins like “Coming Soon” and “White Label” don’t do anything. The same is true of the “Add” text button under the new snippet plugin. I can click and nothing happens. For most these problems there is a work around, I can copy and paste a url path in and hit update. The date picker under the coming soon is broken too, but I can manually key that in and it’ll save. The new snippet plugin does not allow for contacts to be added or hours. I can click add and nothing. Odd thing is nothing is showing in console as an error aside from the old safari related issue of dashboard.map. I’ve given access to my site through an admin login and the guy through the ticket system will still ask me to check the versions… lol your on my site and can see the versions.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting the support page to work. I just tested it, and it’s working ok. Were you trying to upload any files? It could be that it was taking a while to upload. If that’s the case, could you try without a file upload? There will be a confirmation email where you can send us attachments. Otherwise, try clearing your cache and resubmitting the form. From what I’ve tested the form should be working correctly.
