Hi, sorry to to write in here, but I am unable to use the support system. Whenever your system is trying to connect to the envato account it’s telling me my support has expired.
But it has not!
I am using multiple envato accounts (for my customers) and for some the support has expired, but not the account I am currently logged in.
I only wanted to know if it’s on your list to build the matrix-system for image galleries too. If not I’m writing a feature request.

Hi alexanderfischereder! Yes this seems an issue with some ccokie since you have multiple account. Try to use another browser to login and use the manual login mode. Anyway the new Matrix option is available only for the Posts module right now.

Hi corradiniste! No this was really not requested. Most of times possible problems with speed are related to host quality. You can see this in our showcase (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/), for example this is an Uncode website, that runs at impressive speed, also our demo runs very fast and generally most of showcased site (just to show the problem is not of the theme).
Possible speed problems are caused by the host, extra plugins, wrong images size used or optimisations missing.
Hello, I really like uncode theme and its performance.. everything is perfect and i’m not facing any issue with my hosting and theme.. but, on welcome page the theme shows a low ‘server memory limit’.. I have hosting with godaddy.. I called their support agents and tech experts but didnt find anything helpful.. They talk about server ssd and told me that i have enough server space and told that the limitation is with theme itself.. So now i would like to know over here how to fix it if i can do it manually to remove the issue message? Any help would be appreciated..

If you ask for a simple settings or a possible known issue we can help here, but if you report an odd issue other users don’t have we need to access your installation and debug what’s happen and this can be done only in a private help center (since I think you don’t want to share here your logins).

Hi, I have a couple of pre-sale questions.
1. Can the social icons network above the comment be easily configured from the theme options maybe? E.g can I remove google+ or linkedin as I don’t use that often.
2. Kinda connected to #1, if that configure for each individual post? Like for post #1, i want to remove pinterest and for post #2, I want to remove google+ (while keeping pinterest)
3. Can this social share be position elsewhere? E.g under the header?
Can all these be achieved easily through the theme options? Or It will involve programming knowledge?
4. If I want to install other social sharing plugin, can I simply de-activate the default social share?

1. No you cannot configure the social icons, in case you just need a single line of code we can suggest in our Help Center you just need paste in the Theme Options.
2. No this is really not a common request but you just need to paste the code above in the page options (instead of the general Theme Options).
3. Actually no, this is the only position (unless you use some special plugins).

Hi cruxiality! No I don’t think this will become a new option, we insert options for important configuration aspect to not bloat the admin, this is really not requested and you just need 1 line f code to hide an icon. Hope you can understand.

Update: Actually saving any this under Theme Options deletes all settings including Custom CSS and reverts to skin defaults. Therefore cannot customise anything.

Hey guys, i thought there was build-in a mobile transparent overlay menu in version 1.5? In the options-menu i activated the mobile transparent menu but it is not working on smartphone or tablet. I see only the classic scroll-down menu. On your demo https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-start-up/ i also see not a transparent menu on mobile device :/
Hi DominikBuhrau! This is the new transparent mobile menu http://undsgn.d.pr/f0J6/2WORFI6T pretty different from the previous solid mobile http://undsgn.d.pr/qgRf/RZF8R6Fp . Now the mobile menu is transparent as requested by most of customers. What you refer is a possible overlay style for mobile.
Before buying your great theme, I don’t see in documentation how to add TAGS in portfolio. It’s possible?

We remind that you can recreate the media section of any portfolio layouts with the Media Gallery module of VC, you have the same layout with more and more options also for the lightbox. Yes both in the main menu or button module you can insert a link to a portfolio page, for example in our demo main menu we gave several links to single portfolio pages. In the button module you just need to start type the name of the portfolio and you’ll have a link too. I hope this helps, in case let us know I will create some screenshots.

Yes there are other users complaining about this in this comment section. search for “pagination 7.1” by HarenBroog
On PHP 7.1 x if you want to navigate using the pagination on first click the url changes to /?% instead of /?upage=2 so it will not go to the next page. When you click again it goes to /?%/?upage=2 and it work again but not in de way its suposed to.
My support has expired but as this is a general bug, please fix this in the next update.

Sorry but it’s not easy to understand without a check, please note that no other users have reported this problem. If this helps you, you can apply the modification also to the new version. If we very after other reports that this is an issue we’all publish as always the fix here while the official possible update is ready.
