We installed the latest version of your theme.
We cannot edit post with UX Builder, if the post has been edited or created with UX-Builder before.
Anyone got the same problem?

Hi, we have no caching plugins enabled. Also I just cleared the cache of my browser and the problem still appears. We also tested with IE, Firefox and Chrome and all three browsers showed the same problem.
Update: I just deactivated a wordpress plugin and it looks like this plugin caused the problems.
EDIT: Maybe there is a dependency or security problem. The Plugin is an woocommerce payment plugin. Would you like to check it? The problem still could be caused by UX Builder.
I just updated the plugin which caused the problem. UX Builder is working fine now. Sorry for the trouble.
I hope my comment will help some wordpress administrators if they have the same problem.

Pagination does not work. I’ve created a static page to allow fast display of promotional products, I used the UX Builder interface using “woocommerce product custom” , I’ve configured 24 products x page 5 columns, but it does not work, it displays all of my products on the same page by using a long time in loading.

Pagination does not work on custom pages by default. I am afraid you will need a bit of customization to integrate it into the pages.
I’m having trouble with my product links.
When I edit a product it says the permalink is http://example.org/product/flower but when I visit my store, the link ends up being http://example.org/produkt/flower
Please note ‘produkt’ vs ‘product’. The former is product in swedish.
Under Settings > Permalinks I have the default settings, ie nothing under “Product attribute base” and Product permalinks is set to default.
What might be the problem?

This is because the permalink is translated. To change it back to product you will need to change the translation.
Hi. Firstly great theme.
We’re busy setting up the shop but seem to have an issue with the default slider when for example using brand logos. Everything works fine but if we set to SIMPE SLIDER the arrows do not work to move the slide on? Works if we arrow across on the keyboard but no click functionality on the arrows using a mouse? Nothing happens. Is there a fix for this?
Also there seems to be no way to disable text from appearing on the logo images? Only fade in etc etc Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for the reply – however this is a default setup – using your demo content and the updated theme. Arrows do not work when clicked on the simple slider by default. Work on the other type of slider but not the simple one.
These are the settings we are using: Slider – simple, nav color – dark, nav position – outside, bullets – disable, auto slide – disabled. When these are set the arrows appear but no onclick works. You can tab using the keyboard fine, you can drag using the mouse fine but there is no click function on the arrows themselves. When changed to reveal, as per your classic shop demo they work. Seems to be code in the simple slide thats missing by default?
Also, when using GRID style for a set of image blocks / banners the large button size seems to change on smaller blocks – even when set at the same options. Very strange.
Any news on our questions – its been 3 days now? Downloaded your latest update but there is no change on the slider simple settings. Arrows still don’t work when clicked.

I need not to place the language option in top bar. It said I can remove it from Theme option. But I could not find any. I want to remove the language drop down from the top bar.

Hi there, this has nothing to do with Flatsome so it won’t help going back to an older version. It probably happens if you change theme also. This seems more related to your WordPress installation and Media Image gallery problems.
