Hi Author, I’ve purchased your theme long time ago and recently I’ve started to use it. Firstly I world say it is a such excellent theme. Thanks for all your hard word. 
I have two questions here: 1. I’ve purchased a plugin called “Woocommerce brands” as you mentioned to add brands feature in my site. I am using Woocommerce layered Nav and this plugin’s Brand layered Nav on my shop sidebar. But I expected the brand layered Nav do the same “AND” behavior as the Woocommerce layered Nav does (Attributes like Color, Size etc.). Unfortunately seems like it was doing “OR”. So any idea about that?
2. Your theme on the iPad touch screen is very hard to scroll down or up when there are some horizontal sliders (such as featured products, on sale products and categories slider) on the page. It kept moving horizontally when I was trying to scroll down or up. How to fix it?

additional question here: How do I add header title for custom Taxonomy like Brand? The same as category page?

1. This is more of a plugin issue. I’d suggest you reach out to the plugin developers on this.
2. Please disable the draggable option in the slider settings in the UX Builder.
3. You will need to modify the theme files. You can use this snippet

Hi There, Thanks for your solution! 1. I will ask the plugin author then 2. This issue has not been solved. I disabled the drag option in the big slider, it’s fine (not draggable anymore now), but I can’t find the same setting for the product slider (featured products, best seller etc), please look at the screenshot: https://snag.gy/D0cImw.jpg. If I can’t disable these sliders it not solve the problem. 3. Where I can put your code in? Child theme? Functions.php? Please advise.

The ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button is disabled when there are Variations.
This causes a problem for some customers who do not see that there is a variations dropdown – causing customers to leave site thinking there is no stock.
Usually you click the button and it highlights the Variations dropdown – How can I achieve this?

The default WooCommerce setup does display a message saying ‘Select an option’ when you click the add-to-cart button on a product with variations. In Flatsome this message does not show.

We have fixed this for version 3.3.5
Is there a testing server anywhere that we can try out the header builder or the UX Builder? I’m really impressed by the videos I’ve seen of the builder, but just have a few things I haven’t seen that I would like to try. I’ve been trying to find a theme with a good built-in front end builder and so many have come up short and not been what is promised. So is there any way I can test out the builder for myself? If it rocks as it appears to, I would likely be a customer. Thanks!

I am afraid we do not have a testing server. You will need to purchase the theme to carry out the tests.
Thanks. A little bit of a bummer since I’ve ended up disappointed with some others in the past. So I was hoping there would be a way. I’ve spent FAR too much money here on Envato on themes and items that ended up being underwhelming. So I’m a bit hesitant.
Any chance of more builder tutorial videos? The documentation is pretty thin and I can’t see all the functionality. Just trying to make sure. So I may have to wait. We’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the response though!

Hi everybody, I am having a very annoying problem with site loader, i have recently installed w3 total cache plugin and now the site loader just keep moving and moving… when i am disabling minifying then its working fine.. but i really need that to optimize the speed of my website… can you please tell me another way around without disabling the minifying feature of w3 total cache.. i look forward to hearing from you soon.. thanks in advance

We updated woocommerce yesterday and since then our logs are getting spammed with errors such as these:
PHP message: The woocommerce_get_page_id function is deprecated since version 3.0. Replace with wc_get_page_id.
We found it in : ../themes/flatsome/woocommerce/archive-product.php:152: if( $post->ID == woocommerce_get_page_id($wc_page_type) ) $wc_page = true;

of course we updated theme to 3.3.4 first but then cart/basket stopped working with old woocommerce so we had to update it too and then errors started popping out.

2 Questions. When I try to share a blog post on Facebook the image appears as white. Normally this is due to image size however the images in my blog are all 1300×630 which is what facebook requires.
Also, I can’t seem to be able to have different blog post heights on my front page for desktop and mobile. When I change the desktop image to be a good height, mobile is too small and vice versa.
Any help is appreciated!
Edit: I fixed the facebook blog image part, I added the image to both the Easy social share facebook image upload and the Yoast Facebook image upload and it seems to have done the trick.
For the image heights on mobile vs desktop, is it possible to make everything different between the 2? Or just a few options different? I’m noticing the Slider at the top can be changed for mobile and they will stay different.

So i have a portfolio page. When i click a project I want to view in the portfolio it takes me to the individual project portfolio page. Now how do i make the images on this page the same size as well as make them clickable for people to open in lightbox for a larger view?

1. Create a new page, insert the logo element using the UX Builder and select the logo slider style.
2. In the slider settings, set the navigation to be outside.
3. You can link the individual logos using the link attribute in the options.
Hi, i just purchased and setting up this theme on my web site, i’m having problem after login with Facebook to edit my address (my my-account/edit-address/billing or shipping), when I click on edit Billing or Shipping address, it just show me a blank page?! other pages (orders, edit-account) are showing.

Hello, how can I disable sticky header surely for mobile and probably for tablets? I checked docs and related video, also Header Mobile and Sticky Header submenus in Flatsome settings, but AFAIK I can’t do what I want.
Sticky header looks great on desktops, but not on mobile, it hides most of the visible part of content. Thanks
