Hi! I just want to report some bugs. In members: When I click on a specifik category, all my workers doesn’t show up. When I click on a member, I don’t end up in a new page like porto.com/member/john-doe/ but in the same page, still in porto.com/member I have checked “No” on “Show Related Members” but it is still there. I suspect that some link is wrong because I can not see my thumbnails on members and portfolio. (And I have tried Regenerate Thumbnails)

I think you are using the theme more than one live domains that is why your theme is not activated. Please use the One Porto license for single live domain/site.

We have checked the theme and all files. There is no issue in the registration process. I am sure that you have used the same license code for another live site or domain this is why you have seen this error message.

Windows 10 IE Edge, it’s some type of floating css bugs, please double check the screenshots, I tried this on 3 different computers and the same issue, one was off location.
Also please check the speed tests, check those live links to your own site, you will see flaws with this as well. Again, I’m only trying to help, plus I want to buy the theme.
I just want to see what type of support I will really have when I run into issues like this, that I can 100% verify.

Thank you for contacting us. First Please GO to Theme options > Woo commerce > Single Product make sure “Show “Hot” Label” is enabled. Now to display “Hot” label on your products make them featured by clicking on Star to make it filled form “Products” section.

WooCommerce order mail not working.
After updating to Woocommerce 3.0.5 I noticed that my attributes for variable products weren’t showing up on the front end or when editing the product. Even if re-added in the attributes, they wouldn’t appear. I rolled back to 3.0,4 then re-updated when the new update (3.6.1) came out for porto, however the issue still remains. On the front end it’s displayed as “invalid value for ‘attribute_name’”... is there any way to correct this, or should I just continue to wait for a new update?

Porto updated version has been released now. Please update Porto theme 3.6.1 with latest Woocommerce compatibility and all templates updated. After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.
Then please go to Ultimate >> Modules >> Turn Off the Woocomposer Module and save it.

Ah sorry, I didn’t have ultimate addons installed. I see it now.
The problem seems to be with both Woocommerece and Porto. When I update woocommerce using 2017 theme, the same error occurs. When I update porto to 3.6.1 but keep woocommerce as 3.4, the problem is that my drop down selection for variable products (with custom attributes only) is empty. The backend still shows the attributes though. I’ll take it up with Woocommerce for now, but I’m hoping I’m not in trouble for all future updates, otherwise I have a lot of work to do migrating custom attributes.

Hi, After updating to the new version 3.6.1 everthing on site got scramblem. fonts are not my selected fonts and the product pages got messed up. Already regenrate theme and plugin css – didn’t help. not using any cache plugin.

We found that it is the cache issue. We have already asked for the FTP login details so we will delete the cache and set your site. Or maybe you are using the server cache. This issue is not related to the theme. You can check our latest theme on our demos and all is working fine.

After update of theme, woocommerce and other plugins (all to the newest versions) the “Porto featured products” are not shown anymore. Same for the “Porto Sale products”. They do not appear anymore. I haven’t changed anything else!! However, the widgets still work (porto top rated product widget + porto product widget, both work!). Any idea WHY? thanks.
