How do I translate the theme of Porto completely? After modifying the translation file, I noticed that only part of the theme has been translated.

If you want to translate the whole Porto theme then you have to translate the theme’s default languages files into your language. You can find these files inside wp-content/themes/porto/languages folder en_GB.po and .mo files.
If you are not able to do that then please give us WP admin and FTP login details of your site and hosting through our support system so we will do it for you.

I have a problem with the Variations in the Admin Panel.
After the update to WC 3.0.5 and Porto 3.6.1 I can no longer edit the Variations of a product. When I click the button Variations it keeps on loading with a spinning icon.
I have found that if I deactivate Visual Composer I can edit the variations.
My version of Visual Composer is 5.1.1 and updated via the Porto Theme Options.
According to the internet, I’m not the only one with this problem.
Please help me to fix this problem.

Please go to Ultimate >> Modules >> Turn Off the Woocomposer Module >> Save it. I hope your issue will be solved and not deactivate the Visual Composer Plugin.

I have always made this modification to the “content-product_cat.php” file to get the Category text under de Category Image. See this topic: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399/comments?page=79&filter=all#comment_11833581The “content-product_cat.php” file is version 2.5.2 with the above modification.
With the updates to WC 3.0.5 and Porto 3.6.1 there is also a new “content-product_cat.php” file 2.6.1
How can I do the above modification in this new file? I tried it several times but with no luck.
Please help me to fix this problem.

Unfortunately this code does not work well. I have now only category pictures and I can’t click anymore on the category’s .
Also, the text under the category’s is not showing up.

I found that it is the plugin issue. Can you please delete the Porto Shortcode plugin and install it after the theme update. I am sure your issue will be solved. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the PHP 7.0.

I bought the theme a while back and installed it now, While registration in Admin Panel it says the code is already used. I am using it for only one domain. Why is it showing like this? Can you please look into this? I also created a ticket regarding this at SW #16852. Hope to get this solved soon.

I get the error: 500 everytime I make changes to my website (using wordpress), I contacted hostgator, they say the problem is with the Theme: “Premature end of script headers: themes.php, referer: bigelephantplay.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=porto_settings” There is some kind of coding error in the themes file. The server can’t provide any more specificity.

I need to know if this theme will work for me before I purchase. Or it will be a waste of time and money.
The problem I am having is with the new Woocommerce image gallery set up. For many of my products I have several images, up to 9 and the images vary greatly in height and width. But I need the gallery thumbs to all be the same size. Right now with the Mystile theme, my smaller product thumbs (below the main product image) vary in display size and looks terrible. I’ve even regenerated thumbs.
Will your theme handle my images correctly? Is there a way to verify this?

I have purchased the theme a while back and it was all great. I am implementing a new membership site for the customer. Uploading videos (hosting in wordpress) and inserting them into the pages, results in perfect working order on desktop. Soon as the page opens on a mobile device (iPhone specifically) it causes “Safari Cannot open the page because the network connection was lost” and the site goes down on all platforms for 5 mins.

It is not a server issue as the server settings meet and surpass your requirements. This is a code issue within your theme. The page takes 12 seconds to render on iPhone 4G LTE but only 1 second on desktop on slower wifi.
Why should i purchase support which MAY result in a fix, for the same price i can buy a newer theme?

I just spent the last 4 hours of so attempting to do the update. The wordpress/porto/wocoomerce/plugins are all the latest incarnations and everything seemed to work well until I got to the message in the backend regarding updating the database. I grabbed some screenshots of what is currently happening in the variable products (trying to edit) which just sit there with a spinning wheel (http://www.socio.ca/porto1.jpg), so I can’t edit this and yes, I disabled the woocomposer in the ultimate, but to no avail.. The woocomerce settings screen just as it appears (http://www.socio.ca/porto2.jpg) and then after it fully loads.(http://www.socio.ca/porto3.jpg). I realize I will have to renew my support, but just wanted to give you a head’s up as I would love for this to be fixed and I don’t want to waste any more time on a live site, to only have to restore a previous version again. I ave had no real issues in the past doing these updates, but this one is a real headache. I am going to restore to a previous version so at least the site is working as it was before. Any constructive suggestions would be most appreciated.
