Will there be problems with woocommerce 3.0.6 and Porto 3.6.1? I don’t want to update if the templates are outdated.

I have Tablepress installed and I make use of images inside a table. When I click an image I get it full screen in a new page.
I know that there a lightboxes and other boxes to install and to cover this problem.
I’m not the person who is going to install all sorts of lightboxes plugins until I find a working one. This Porto theme has also a box on board.
Can you give me the HTML code what I can use to fix this problem? (something with “rel=… “ )

This is not the bug. Your CSS files are not loaded properly. please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

Hello, In theme settings can’t change the theme menu colors (text and background)/ skin color does not change also if i try to change it.
I disabled the childtheme cause I thought its because of that… but did not change anything.
Also the rounded corners wont work for the search form, even when i change it in custom css in theme settings under skin.

I think that it’s the permission issue. Your server did not give permission to add/save the settings of the Theme Options. Basically, when you saved the theme options then it’s created the skin_1.css file inside the CSS folder, because of permission the theme is not able to create this file into your site. Please contact your hosting provider to change the permission to 777 or 755 of the CSS folder and all files.

After the latest updates things in cart and checkout are now in English and it all used to be in Swedish.
I have checked both woocommerce and poto with Loco translate and all related words are translated in woocommerce to swedish, can you help?

Please use the latest files and translate them into your language then upload them to wp-content/themes/porto/language folder then your issue will be solved. Hello I had a series of problems with your template, I detail below:
- Every time I try to install the child theme in any of the versions (3.4, 3.5, 3.6 …) everything goes well except from the middle of the page that everything duplicates the footer breaking the design … that would be due ? I have not installed any son theme since I did not even need to make big modifications to css, only modify to taste the demo loaded by default removing or adding elements …
- With the new update of woocommerce 3.0 the template that had installed in version 3.4 I lost some translations in the code that I had done since locotranslate could not find how to make them, I speak of the registration form of New Customers and a small text, from the Plugin did not find that translation I had to do it from the file form.php … That’s the least because it would make it easy what worries me that it changes the design of the size of the title of the product that was previously a h3 and now a h2, which makes break the structure … I have tried to update only the woocommerce plugin and after viewing the system state the obsolete pages, try to replace the pages copied from the general plugin folder to the theme plugin folder, I do not know if it is correct since when I get to a file Orders Php the server gives me an error and does not work ….
I would appreciate if I could indicate the way to update having version 3.4 without losing changes as well as to tell me why it misprints the child theme …

Please upload the theme again via CPanel. Please download the fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest then upload the theme files via CPanel then this issue will be solved. This issue appears only when you are uploading the theme via FTP and when the connection break during the uploading it crash the theme file and then site give this error. Please upload the theme again via CPanel.

But I found in your demos that the Color & Size options are available only on “Additional Tab” while I will need to put these options in front of Product so that my visitor/customer can select the Color & Size option. Today I am installing your theme in a clean Wordpress. I was able to install the theme, but when trying to install required plugins after I click the “Registration page” link that takes me to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=product-registration , I am getting this error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I tried in 2 different servers and got the same error.

People keep telling you about this problem and your reply is they didn’t upload the theme correctly. I uploaded it via FTP, is this wrong?
We managed to install it via cpanel, but Visual Composer takes forever and it doesn’t install.

This is the common issue and this error comes after the file crash during the uploading of the theme files. Please upload your theme via CPanle after deleting the old theme then this will not happen again.
If your issue not solved then please send us your site login details through our support system so we will install the theme on your site.
When porto is active, menu is not being saved. We tried with Twentyseventeen and it was saved in seconds.

It means that you have already used the purchase code on the other site or domain that is why you have found this error on your site. You can use the purchase code only a single site and domain not more than 1.
All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:
