I wanted to set up the theme yesterday but it didn’t work. Submited a ticket yesterday but got no answer yet. I now would like to complete the task this morning. I installed WP 4 times but it never works to install the plugins (not automatically nor manually). Server settings are all good. So my problem is not licensing the plugins but to even install the required plugins.

Sorry but this is not Uncode, this is a custom theme we have developed for the famous Zendesk (our support platform). In fact all is different from the lightbox from the search etc… At least you need to insert all the images and hide the them, please open a ticket in the support Help Center we’ll suggest the workaround if applicable to your scenario. Notify the ticket ID when done and include a link to your layout in the ticket.

Hi ayesilev! If the form style is not one of the one you see in our demos you need customisations and the form pop-up is not an actual option. Yes you right, I just ask because in the past some customers asked customisations for something that is part of the theme.

I’m sorry but these are really specific features you cannot find in any of the modern multiuse WordPress themes, I don’t know if there are some premium dedicated extensions/plugins or some specific theme can do this (not from what I know). This is a really complex workflow combined with ecommerce functionalities.

Understood… pixelgrade has it for example in border theme (no. 6920241) but this or other themes are not multiuse… you have right All these proof pages I saw on AJAX interface. Thank you… In the end I think to buy Uncode and I’ll pay for the above plugin.

Hi new-horizons! Uncode support infinite sidebars but in the template system there is support only for 1 sidebar. If you need double sidebar you need to build you layout in custom mode with the Page Builder, then with the unique Content Block method you can apply this layout also to categories pages and have your custom layout. It seems a server side issue with requirements of this server (definitely uploading a logo is not a problem of the theme). Hi, I installed WordPress phpinfo() plugin, managed to activate it but when I click on the link via [ Settings > WordPress phpinfo() > the same 404 Error happened ]. However I managed to check the mySQL version (Server version: 5.6.35 – MySQL Community Server (GPL)) and PHP version (PHP version: 5.6.30) via phpMyAdmin. Thanks

Sorry but is this a new installation? It’s very odd you have this error after 1 year… Anyway if also the PHP Info plugin fails it seems this host has serious problems so it’s really not easy for us to help. The PHP Info plugin is a famous lightweight plugin (not from us) and it’s not normal it fails. You need also to verify all the requirements but I think at this point that this host is not compliant.
