I really want to buy this theme, however, i just find that when in mobile (android Lg Xcam and Sony Xperia) the web shows a lot, many, i really mean A LOT! of chinese or japanese (not sure what language is) signs instead of icons, in search boxes shows random numbers, i mean, nowadays most of people get into mobile to search things! So, is there any solution??? I was about to buy it today when I access by phone and discover this issues!!!

Hello, I just can’t find how to change the language of the web itself, I have translated manually a lot but it seems that I can’t go no further! There are too many places, like the dashboard of a user who is trying to make his listing, that still goes in english. Please, can you explain where or how to change it? TIA

In order to translate / edit labels in the theme, you need to install this software http://poedit.net/wordpress When you run it http://screencast.com/t/wv1A4XtTKbz you will have to import en_US po file from your theme folder/languages.
Next, translate your labels as in the screenshot http://screencast.com/t/LhyzzhLJMda and check your site again.
If your WP Dashboard is in another language (other than English) then click here to create new po file http://screencast.com/t/gliXcWMMoHuy for your language.
Import en_US file from theme folder/language http://screencast.com/t/GTU9BisAcIw and select your new language from the Translation Language dropdown menu http://screencast.com/t/tBz2EbaA64fA and translate as explained above.
When you’ve finished translating, upload your new .po files to theme folder/languages folder on your server.
Also, you will need to make translation for the plugins as well, since they use their own text domain. You can find theirs pot files in wp-content/plugins/”desired-plugin-name”/languages.
If you want to have multilingual site you can use WPML plugin.

The theme is really great and I definitely recommend it. But I just discovered that when someone selects a location in the search form, the listing names that are available from the dropdown do not update. I can have a listing that is only in NY, but when I select NY I can still type a listing that is only under LA. This results in an empty search result. Is there any way this could be extended to actually just show listings in the selected location and category?

By theme defaults in Keywords field are listed all Listings no matter what Category or Location you choose. However, results are fine since search displays no results if you search for listing that is not in selected Location.

Thanks for the quick answer I know it displays no search results. That’s what I am trying to avoid. Well, it will have to do for now.
But I do have one more question which should not be that hard to do and I was hoping you could answer. I know this is not a support forum, but I’ll still try to ask.
On the listing archive page, the load more button is used. Since we have over 100 listings and will have even more soon, we don’t want to use the ajax loading of listings, but use normal pagination. Is there a setting in the theme I missed or would it have to be changed the template? If so, is there any chance you could help me out?

There is no options for normal pagination, the only possibility is to use Load More pagination. However, if you don’t like Load More pagination one possible workaround can be that you set large number of the Listings to appear and so you avoid usage of the Load More button. You can achieve it by going into Elated Options > Listing > Archive and in Number of Listings per Page type number larger than the number of your current Listings https://www.screencast.com/t/dZNmhpr4BKr

Can you please try to optimize your images a bit, without loosing it’s quality, using some online tools, or if you are using Photoshop software, you can use save for web option. File upload size is determined by max_upload_filesize PHP directive so if that value is lower, then you will encounter that issue, and we can suggest you to contact hosing provider and to try to increase mentioned directive to some higher value, maybe 32M. Maybe this is due to lower server resources, so try increasing WordPress memory limit https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP but also try to increase PHP directives like below:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;

If you want to allow all newly registered users to submit a Listing you should make their default role at least Owner, since it is necessary role for permission to submit a Listing. I am testing the add new listing and I got this error message when uploading image.

I want to create a directory of stores with each store having its own products for sale, so if they open a page (new listing) for their store where can they add their products and will all the products show on their listing page.
I need help understanding if people list products will it appear in the shop page and All listing page at the same time. How the two pages connected?How can we restrict products showing and not store page for store owners.

We already explained previously that it is not possible to sell products on listing pages, and there is no connection between listings and WooCommerce.

We are working Monday to Friday CET time, and we are responding within working days, but because of time zone differences there may be delays. Regarding support response, usual response time is within 24h, but it can be slightly longer over weekends, or when there is increased amount of tickets because of increased Theme Forest activity, or because of time zone differences as mentioned above.

I am with a development and on time saving to find out where to look to change the search …. by keywords.
Because right away you sell the theme like that until it does not work. Apparently, I’m not the only one to have this kind of gaps on the all on the forums on the forums.
The concern I sold the theme and site to a customer who threatens to send me to court with lawyers because the site does not work as it should work!

I had already done the last update, nothing works for the search engine with the tags. Only the titles and the text contents work (and still, it works badly). That is not my request. The tags must be taken into account!
