Internet Explorer displays the loader incorrectly.
I was testing my test site under IE11 and noticed the loader doesn’t display the progress correctly. The numbers don’t appear underneath the spinner but on top of it.
Any quick fix for this?

Hi, Want custom small size thumbnail on all sizes devices.
We have created a portfolio page & selected thumbnail type “squared” from the dropdown http://prntscr.com/f8zpbb And we found that the image size is 768×768. But we want the size to be 400×400.
To do that we have changed the thumbnail size to 400×400 in the function.php. secreenshoot here http://prntscr.com/f8zte7
Now we see that on all the big device pc/laptop the portfolio thumbnail sizes has been updated to 400×400. But on the mobile device it loads the original big size images. So the page size is big on mobile devices that causes slow loading. We want to spped the load time on mobile device. So how can we make all the thumbnails to 400×400 on all size devices mobile/desktop?
Please help us. Send us screenshoot or code to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

I want to create a website for a student union. I need a google map related to a calendar where I could put event and so on. I just saw the shortcode you have, and i don’t see any google map or calendar feature. does it mean i have to buy the plugins and try to make them have a good design with your theme ?

We have a simple google maps module to create maps and we include the default WordPress calendar widget.
But if you need extra features for both google maps and calendar you may need to use extra plugins.

If I update the child theme to a new version, will all the changes be lost? How safe it is to update or what’s the right approach? Thank you. I think it’s still 1.3 version on the website and the new version is 1.5 if I am not mistaken.

Very beautiful theme. However my 33 webpage site is taking 15 seconds to load ! Its ridiculously slow. I bought it blindly because i thought you could produce a great theme, but not i’m thinking moving over to my old theme, as my site loads in approx 7 sec with that theme. I had 2 web developers look into this problem, and they both said it was due to bad coding most likely.

Hi, how do we get the full background parallax feature to work on the images with your theme? We have opted for a static parallax free site due to the fact that we have never been able to get the parallax feature working. Would like to add this in – please can you provide some information? You should be able to set parallax using the row module, if you contact us on our support forum our team should be able to give screenshot instruction. ( under pre-sales questions is ok )
If you want to use a parallax in your slider then it more complicated because this need to be set from the slider revolution settings.

I tried it with bbpress and buddy press and its not responsive, is that part of the css not included?
If you install bbpress or buddypress they will include the default css file, I think they have responsive css ready but it only change if the screen is under 400 pixel.
