What, if any, opinion do you have on using a donation plugin other than your own? I’m specifically thinking of Give-WP (https://givewp.com/) that can handle multiple donation gateways. Seems like it’s a similar form-based plugin like yours. Not trying to discount what looks to be amazing functionality with your theme (particularly LOVE the ongoing donor relationship tools) but Give-WP seems attuned to some of the specific needs of the non-profit I am working with.

Love the theme! We just have a couple pre-sale questions. On the donation pages, is there the ability to add a toggle button to make a donation recurring? Also, is there a way to search or filter causes by certain criteria/tags?

Hi Nick, First off, love all of the functionality you’ve worked into this theme!. I am interested in having a site where groups from our organization can upload and manage their own ‘causes’. Is there a front-end user submission option in this theme?
Also, if your answers here are always going to be ‘open a ticket’, you’re going to have a ton of tickets. Users search for solutions in comments for quick fixes to simple issues. It’s to everyone’s benefit that you provide answers here when possible.

1 – there isn’t any front-end user submission option at the moment but maybe we would like to add this in the near future ( Not sure, it will be a choice of our developers )
2 – Yes sure, for any type of support open a ticket is mandatory, the forum is private because all users share with us some private datas but as you said we have a detailed documentation for any type of problems.

I have downloaded the full package and had my developer look at this as well. HE also Says its missing demo dummy content.

Hi there, I love the theme by the way, i have had a few issues with the import. There seems to be some styling issues. On home 1 under causes just shows text and the donation box next to we need your help is just showing text instead of the input box.

Hi, nice theme. I’m having trouble already though. When I try and import the ND Shortcodes within the Theme Options “Import Settings” field, I get an error message that says “Empty textarea, please paste your export options.” Then it does nothing after that. I’m a bit confused also why there’s 3 parts in the “Themes options import” folder such as nd-shortcodes-export-part-1.txt, nd-shortcodes-export-part-2.txt, nd-shortcodes-export-part-3.txt I don’t know if I’m supposed to combine those all together as one import or separately. When I do it separately, I get that error message. When I do them combined, nothing happens. Can you explain how this works and what may be causing this issue?

It also appears there’s instructions for “IMPORT ND LEARNING OPTIONS” however there’s no plugin that was included for this and I don’t see an option for “Learning Plugin” in the admin nav menu.

Hi there, first of all I want to compliment you on this beautiful theme. I got a few pre-order questions and I hope you can provide me the right information.
Is it possible to add more checkout/donate payment systems? Right now I only see PayPal mentioned, but its essential for me to add iDEAL (Dutch payment technique/system).
I see there is a document-system for each ‘cause’ with a label called ‘private’. Is it visible and ready for download if a user is logged in?

1 – at the moment users can donate with paypal or as offline donation as you can see from our demo, but in the future we would like to improve the payment methods and if you are very interested we can also consider to give a free quotation for implement any kind of new payment method.
2 – yes, registered members can open the pop-up documents as the public one, since you can insert your custom content in the popup you can easily insert a button for download any type of documents.
