I have downloaded the full package and had my developer look at this as well. HE also Says its missing demo dummy content.

It also appears there’s instructions for “IMPORT ND LEARNING OPTIONS” however there’s no plugin that was included for this and I don’t see an option for “Learning Plugin” in the admin nav menu.

1.this is what i am told when i try and install visual composer per your instructions

NO LICENSES FOUND

It seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer

and on your page shows this theme is to “include visual composer page builder included in the theme the most popular visual wordpress page builder plugin ! save $34!”

1 – at the moment users can donate with paypal or as offline donation as you can see from our demo, but in the future we would like to improve the payment methods and if you are very interested we can also consider to give a free quotation for implement any kind of new payment method.

2 – yes, registered members can open the pop-up documents as the public one, since you can insert your custom content in the popup you can easily insert a button for download any type of documents.
