A regular license should be sufficient for that. So for example if you were going to build 3 client sites with X, you would simply purchase 3 regular licenses.

Hello. I have purchased another license. I had no problems with loading it on the 1st site but the new site I am trying to load it on I keep getting an error “Internal Server Error” on a fresh install of wordpress. Any suggestions?

I figured it out. The problem was that they had a Windows server so we switched it to Linux and everything is working fine now.

As outlined you only need to validate X as we provide you with the updates and support for our bundled plugins. There is no need to validate the individual plugins.

You do not need to validate it, so there are no steps to do so. Your X purchase code does not validate it as we will send updates directly as they are released from the plugin developer.

Hi. Theme X looks awesome. I am a web designer who would like to eventually use your tool for a number of planned web sites. I would like to find out a few things before I purchase it. * If I buy and register theme X for a client, but he does not end up liking things, can I use the theme for a different site instead? * I am very interested in your Pro product, but generally like to wait some time before trying something that just came out to make sure unanticipated bugs get worked out. If I want to switch to Pro later, can I still pay the difference in price from what I pay for X to get Pro? Regardless of if I need to buy a different license to get Pro, if I design a site with X, can I smoothly transition to Pro or will a lot of the settings need to be redone? Thanks so much! Jennifer

Hello, Can I use the license in a local environment and when I finished the website, put it in a live site?

If I instead use a staging site locally can I use it in a test domain (maybe with password) just to show the progress to someone? And after finished it can I migrate for the main domain?

No, the conversion was only free if you had purchased prior to the release of Pro. And yes, you can add just a development environment for now if you’d like – all done on your Themeco license page.

Pre-Sales question: I was amazed to see that your theme ships with the Envira gallery. As I’m using Lightroom to edit my images I would like to export them directly with the Lightroom plugin which is available from Envira. I would assume that this plugin isn’t available with your bundle but would I need to buy another full license from Envira just to get that plugin?

I purchased it 4 days ago. I think the official support no longer works, nowadays. I purchased the theme because I wanted support. But as of now I have gotten one reply in almost 4 days. This is not what I expected. I am disappointed. I also contacted on facebook regarding this, no reply.

A faster reply was delayed because you continued to “bump” your support thread (sending in a subsequent reply before hearing from our staff). Every time you do this it resets your ticket to the back of the line as questions are answered in the order received. We also have a warning against doing that when you submit a ticket, so in the future please wait for our staff to reply before sending a follow up question or comment.

I’ve taken a look at your tickets and your oldest ticket is 14 hours old (we count age by the last activity of the ticket). Let me know when you decide to add favicon upload functionality like every other theme ad I’ll consider purchasing a second licence. I don’t understand why you guys don’t do something as simple as this. Surely the feedback on your forum is enough to warrant such a simple thing. Your theme is great, don’t get me wrong. But to drop the ball on something as simple as this is really REALLY disappointing. How about a button on your customizer that says UPLOAD Favicon (16×16 png)? Select file, upload and DONE! No generating ico and pasting urls. It’s 2017 for god’s sake!!!

It is as simple as adding a URL and we did it this way for reasons that go BEYOND just adding a favicon. We don’t make feature decisions because other products do it that way – we look for ways to address what at times are competing needs in the best way.

Most users add a favicon on their own as it is very easy to do without a theme setting required. The problem is that you are first saying we don’t have a feature (when we do) then secondly using an old thread where people asked (and we explained) why we do it that way to somehow make it out that we don’t listen to people.

We encourage anyone to read that thread in its entirety and any other of the over 100,000 support threads to see how we handle customer support and feedback.

The problem is that you do not actually READ feedback. The fact you have a feature is not in dispute. It is the way this featured is executed – that is the problem.

Once again, we have implemented it that way for a reason.

Is it easy to make the theme RTL?

Hello! My client bought this theme and I am using it to develop their website. Everything seems to be working great, but I can not figure out how to adjust the portfolio item page layout. By default, it shows the big image, and text description underneath. I need to have this text area moved to the right of the main image (above the social sharing icons).

I am sure this is possible. Please let m know your thoughts on how to accomplish this so I can wrap up this project.
