Hi there, I’m about to build a website with this theme. I need there to be a membership system with social login. And logged in members can view an educational video course.
Any included plugins that support what i need ? What are the best plugins / theme demo / method for me to do this ? Can you recommend ?

There aren’t any plugins supplied with the theme that will offer this type of functionality out of the box.
Membership plugins are often very specific to which type of Membership functionality required (drip, recurring, non-recurring, date-range etc). We recommend doing some research to find out which membership plugin will suit your needs.

There are many free plugins out there which will enable you to embed a twitter feed within your website. We do not have any specific recommendation as there is no official supported one on our end.
Hi there! Great looking theme, I’m considering using it as the basis for a domain mapped multisite installation that will deliver high quality sites with consistent features to a specific niche market, so there is potential for license fees for each site on the multisite.
My question, after looking through most of the material you have online, is how well / easy would integration of custom post types and taxonomies, with associated custom page layouts, work with X, and would plugins like Cornerstone etc work with those layouts? Do you have any how-to’s or articles around that topic?

You can enable Cornerstone for any post type out the box, to build individual posts of those post types. You can’t use Cornerstone to build the archives though for post types. Instead this would be taken care of with custom templating and custom CSS.
X is fully compatible with custom post types, terms and taxonomies.

Send us an email with your purchase code, and we can locate the account for you. We can let you know what email was used, or change the email address. Then you can reset the password. You can use the contact form on our profile page.

The ThemeForest Regular license is a one time use. You will need to purchase a new license for each project.

You can go into your Themeco account and revoke the validation and re-apply it to the correct domain.

After getting the theme x, in the layerslider wp plugin, asks me the code of the ponfo theme and does not leave me, is not the same code as thema when I buy it?
Start the theme change the code well, but for ls plugin ask me for the code, since I installed it earlier as I mentioned

X doesn’t include the purchase code, but when X is validated, you will receive automatic updates for all of our Extensions. To access additional services provided by the plugin developers you would need to buy it directly from them.

Hello X-Theme but I have three questions regarding X-PRO:
(1) I’ve searched the Themeco Knowledge Base page for video tutorials regarding BODY portions of the website builder theme X-Pro. There are numerous video about HEADER or FOOTER tutorials but no video tutorials on building the BODY section of a webpage using X-PRO. Do they exist? And where can I watch them?
(2) Is CORNERSTONE the ONLY page builder function available for the BODY section of a webpage? I was wondering because of what I mentioned above: numerous video tutorials exist for HEADERS or FOOTERS but not BODY tutorials, meanwhile, there’s an entire section for CORNERSTONE tutorials.
(3) Do I need to be proficient in CSS and HTML coding to utilize the advantages of X-PRO Theme?
I’m considering buying X-PRO but want to investigate it much more. Tutorial videos would greatly facilitate this end.

Pro has the same body functionality like X does just that it incorporated all the great tools that a page builder like Cornerstone offers. You can build great layouts without touching css or html but having some basic knowledge can help achieving very specific stylings of certain elements. X would be great starting point for you as it features a wide range of features and demos which you can import with one click.

You’re mentioning dynamic resizing of images based on the resolution of the device. Is this Wordpress’ srcset-function or something similar that you’re using?

The dynamic resizing is using our own custom functions and not the WordPress srcset function, as that particular function wasn’t introduced until WordPress 4.4 and switching it over to srcset would have caused backwards compatibility issues.

Hey guys! If I use this theme, can I build a simple video grid site? Does In your theme available feature like this: when you place a cursor on the video, it will automatically play? Like little trailer or something like this.

I also am trying to unlock the Plugin Activation for the Revolution Slider that came with the theme and it’s also requesting a purchase code. The one from the theme doesn’t work. Am I not able access that plugin?

You don’t need to activate the plugin as our code will not work for that. We do provide support and updates for those plugins as they are made available from the plugin developer, so you don’t need to validate those 3rd party solutions unless you want direct support from the maker of the plugin.

So how do I unlock the Template Library within the Plugin? It keeps asking for the purchase code.
That may be one of their bonus files. Sometimes 3rd party developers will make certain resources available if you purchase directly from them, however these are extra resources and not necessary to use the core plugin.

I recently purchased X. If all goes well, I intend to get licenses for multiple projects I am working on for different clients. When I register for an account on your support website, do I need to register for each project separately or can I register as myself to get support for the various projects? Ideally, there would be a way for designers to add additional licenses rather than maintaining mutiple accounts. I look forward to your reply.

Ultimately that would be up to you as you can do it both ways. If you’d prefer to manage all the client sites in your own account and provide your own support to the client you can do that, or if you’d like them to have their own and get support directly from us they would simply need to use the purchase code to register at our site. I’m just about to pick up X, but I’m wondering if Cornerstone and the other extensions would allow me some similar functionalities that for example Clickfunnels or Unbounce would? Like building quick and easy landing pages, integrating optin forms into these landing pages; and setting up whole sequences in that way? (essentially building complete conversion focused marketing funnels to drive traffic to, that are not linked up in the main website)

Thanks for writing in. We don’t have any Extensions akin to the full functionality of Clickfunnels or Unbounce. However, Cornerstone is a great option to quickly prop up landing pages. You can embed optin forms from other services as well.
I saw you have an email form extension, can I add those beautiful forms to my landing pages, and hook them up with mailchimp for example?
Those were example forms we showed with just a bit of custom styling.
But can I add forms to my website with Cornerstone?

You can use free plugins like Contact Form 7 and then embed that shortcode via Cornerstone.
Pre-sale question, can you create a sticky footer that is totally customizable and uses widgets with this theme?

Thanks for writing in. I’m sorry no, X does not include sticky footer functionality. Our footers do have several widget areas available where you can place any widgets you like. With some custom development, it could be possible to make the footer stay fixed on the screen, which would include the existing widgets.
How do we get the previous version of X back? Just upgraded need a manual to run this new version.

As a theme, X brings numerous avenues to style your content, and with our Extensions, a great deal of additional functionality. We don’t however extend WordPress in a way that would allow account approvals. We would advise exploring other options, and see what plugins are available freely (wordpress.org) or from other authors.
