Footer width is staying full width despite changing in layout customiser to Off and also the footer content block row settings to Limit. Is there anything else that could be making it full with? Thanks, TC
Hi and thank you for appreciate! It’s not easy understand what’s wrong without a check to your installation, actually we have no ticket about footer width possible problems. Does this happen in all your pages? Are you sure in the Page Options of this particular page you have not select the limit width (you can also define inside the single pages). Let us know if this helps!
The issue is on all pages. I have changed in Theme Options and within the content block itself but it’s still full width
In Theme Options > Layouts have you set 100% as site width?

What tool are telling you that your purchase code is not valid? Maybe we have not understand you.
I bought your theme twice! I couldn’t get it to work with my curtrent hosting so I bought the theme plus envato hosting subscription. I thought support was included with that

Friday 19th. I thought this option would help me get the theme running well but so far it’s very hard to get my questions answered. Shame because I’ve bought all of your themes to date and was hoping this would work well.
I know that when you buy the Envato hosting they also take care to support any possible issues. The best I can offer is a refund if something went wrong with this purchase so you can buy again and hopefully access our support where we offer fast support. Let me know!

Have you the latest theme version Uncode 1.5? This seems a very old issue with Visual Composer and some server settings. What is your version of Uncode and Uncode Visual Composer?
Version 5.1.1 for Uncode Visual Composer and Uncode Child Version: 1.0.0. Did I need to purchase paid Visual Composer? I did so but it won’t activate on the site

I made a support ticket but got no reply yet. We are getting super bad results with Google PageSpeed Insights http://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Flakewood.media. This seems to be down to the adaptive images loading both versions on PageSpeed insights, we actually get very good results on Pingdom and gtmetrix and the site loads nice and quickly in real use. Do we need to adjust anything with the adaptive images to fix this issue with Google?

We don’t have any tickets about Google PageSpeed. Anyway as you can see other tools report very good results and user experience it’s awesome on your site, it seems that PS uses other values to metric your site and for sure it’s not calibrated to a proprietary system like Uncode Adaptive Images. Anyway please note that the image reduction process is up the server (the thumbnails are not created by Uncode, Uncode just requests the creation), when you create a thumbnail WordPress works combined with your server (you can try ask your host better PHP libraries for image creation): http://undsgn.d.pr/8Ywxf/3Gw80XUX
Anyway don’t worry too much about, this is a tool that analyse your site based on standards what is important is the user experience and your site is a rocket.

So it work for one of your language only? I think you just need to use the String Translation plugin from WPML, with this plugin you can translate strings from Theme Options in other languages. You can ask the WPML team directly to illustrate the procedure (by the moment they certified a theme like Uncode they also take care to support any possible issues you have with a certified theme in their support Help Center). Let us know if helps!

Related Posts works fine when it is active in content page. Example: If I have 3 posts, only display 3 select posts, but if I try to active the Related Posts on the Footer to use full width the module display all posts, not only the 3 post selected.The Manual Order doesnt work and sometimes appear a post that I dont selected using the relation module.

We never advertise that you can use Related Posts inside the footer, this plugin is not designed to be used in every parts except in the content of the page, so it’s pretty normal it does’t work properly. Anyway it can be a great new feature, please send us a feature request and we’ll check if it’s possible to hack this plugin someways and make it working also in the Footer area (that is something external the original page): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213714949

It appears at the bottom of blog posts and appears to be some sort of “post footer”, according to the CSS via Inspector for that row. Is it possible to change the position of this, or disable it? I can obviously hide with CSS but I would ideally like it to appear above the author bio.
I’ve looked through the docs and all of the content blocks and theme options and cannot find any settings in relation to this share block. If you could advise me on this, it would be much appreciated.
Please don’t worry about answering this. I disabled the share feature and added share directly to the top of my author module block which achieves what i wanted

Quick question—we are using the Classic Agency header on our home page which is a slideshow content block. Can one of the slides feature a background video?
We can create background videos on other rows, but for some reason the video background will not seem to work when it is part of the slideshow?

PS: please note that you cannot use more videos from YouTube or Vimeo in the same page, this is a limit of these services.

Yep both Vimeo and YouTube automatically stop the first video when a second is started, this is the same happen on their sites.
One additional question. It would appear that when a video background is used on the first slide, it does not auto-play. It only does so when you click the arrows or bullet points.
Even with the “auto play” option on the media itself checked. Any idea why?

I see that Vimeo and YouTube work fine the problem is with self-hosted videos when used as first line (maybe most of users use Vimeo or YouTube to not compromise server download bandwidth and server performances). hey there, great theme! But I want to ask, do we have another option for the menu on mobile? I want something big and bold menu, like fullscreen pop-up for the menu, so that the user can focus. I’ve tried the demo and the current menu looks to small on mobile for me. Please give me good news thanks!

I am using a content block for post content.(like “related posts”)
Automatic Query works well with archive : posts-content block (Show only the articles in the category well)
However, it does not work in post-content block (Just show all posts. not in category)
- Automatic Query : content block > vc-post > general > Automatic Query
What should I do?

I’m trying to edit content blocks and when I click “edit” on a heading block, for example, the “edit row” pops up instead of the heading content.
