There is a problem with the Contact Form 7 , as it populates this message when someone is sending their message:
‘SORRY, THERE WAS AN ERROR. PLEASE BE SURE JAVASCRIPT AND COOKIES ARE ENABLED IN YOUR BROWSER AND TRY AGAIN’
The message sends to the intended inbound recipient but the sender gets the above error message and so it makes them think their message was not successful! Please advise if anyone has had this issue. I have worked with this theme for a few years now and never ran into this issue before, even before updates. Help!

We didn’t have similar complains in the past, so it is probably caused by some plugin conflict, caching or security plugin, so try disabling 3rd party plugins one by one and test each time. In case that you continue to have this problem, you can contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com , provide WordPress admin access there, and our support will inspect this further. Also, since Contact Form 7 is 3rd party, approved plugins where we are just providing in theme styling for it, maybe it is best to contact plugin author first https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7

Theme support a lot of widget area, and also possibility to create and assign custom widget areas, but some predefined areas especially for banners do not exist. For example, you can add ads to side area on the left or right on posts and pages, and you can also enable content bottom area in order to place banners at the bottom, and depending of the size of the banner you can even place some smaller banner next to the menu for some menu type or some links within header top widget area – left and right.

I ended up finding how to remove all of them except from “default sorting” by going to widgets and removing what was added there. Any idea on how to remove the last one?

Please check portfolio list element settings on your home page because element may be configured to displayed only portfolios from some categories. Also, make sure that you have set featured image for all newly created portfolio items.

QDOS – I’m having multiple issues with this theme.
1) LayerSlide is demanding I install the latest version (6.4.0).
Purchasing the theme today came bundled with 6.3.0 and just ‘ignoring’ the update is not working. When installing any of your demos, I get an error message on my site which says
“The slider cannot be found. Please make sure that you’ve used the right shortcode or method to insert the slider, and check if the corresponding slider exists and it wasn’t deleted previously”
I’ve followed both your blog post (http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-4-installing-plugins/2-4-8-updating-plugins/) and YouTube tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3YTwvTX5CA) on updating existing plugins by deleting them first and reinstalling but it just keeps reinstalling 6.3.0 and requesting I upgrade again
Trying to update via the admin panel in WP gives me the following error – “Update Failed: Update package not available.”
2) In your YouTube video, you suggest reseting the WP database when installing a new demo. I’ve tried multiple plugins to do this but whenever I install them (including the “Wordpress Database Reset” plugin by Chris Berthe in your video) but Wordpress automatically disables them on installation.
Low and behold, I installed a second demo and now it has a mixture of demo one and demo two as the first needed to be removed via a reset.
Any suggestions on the above issues please? Really frustrating as I’ve been tweaking this for hours now and be unable to get any of your demos working!!

1. In recent theme update latest Layer Slider version was 6.3.0. All bundled plugins have to be updated by theme author trough theme update, and this is covered in following Envato article https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins?_ga=2.245886596.1068361229.1494855372-1438803025.1429707923 . We are planing another update very soon, and if you can’t wait, please submit a ticket to our support.

1. You’ve sold me a theme where the required bundled plugins are not up-to-date and therefore won’t work
2. I never said I couldn’t do a demo import, I’m saying when I import more than one demo, the previous demo installation is not overwritten by the new demo and therefore you have a theme with assets from multiple themes in one installation.

Hi there, I just bought the Bridge theme. The Installation process worked fine, but I can not import the Furniture Theme (Bridge demo 78). The backend says the demo has been completed successfully, but the Frontend just shows the Bridge Logo and a black and white page. I installed and activated the recommended Plugins and reset the Installation several times now to repeat the importing process, but still… Also the xml file import did not work. Unfortunately I can not submit a ticket either, since that page is not loading. Please help.

Import issues are commonly related to server resources, so please try instructions below:
When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party WP plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import and open chrome developer tools, hit Import and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 10 times or more).
Please note that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers.
Common problem with Import can be WordPress memory limit and upload time, and it is good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.
