I read the following question and your answer above. However, the code is not working, it doesn’t hide the arrows that there are at the top of the dropdown pointing up.
In fact, it hides the arrows that there are next to the item menus that have the dropdown option.
See the image on the link (https://ibb.co/is0RJF) and you will see that the CSS code you given doesn’t work.
Could you tell me what is the problem? I already tried to add !important to the piece of code.

in theme options / shop / cart & checkout
When I switch between Default / Simple (new) / Focused
in focused or simple mode the cart is not emptied after purchase … I’ve spent hourssssss to find this f*cking bug grrrrrr 
Seems like are bugs in slider product creation between reveal / circle … the slider works sometimes … sometimes not
If I choose navigation outside, I see the half of the circle … I think the only solution is putting the slide into a section …

Hi there, I’ve seen some blogs that have their instagram feed as the header image. It would be really cool to be able to do that with this theme. I’ve tried putting it in the header html in various places but it’s not quite right. Is that something you could add for future releases or is it already possible and I can’t see it? Thanks

Hi there, sorry I meant to have it in the site header, the main header not the blog header. I tried putting instagram feed in blocks in that header but I have to put block one and block two in there, which still leaves a gap in between and doesn’t scroll properly.

Hi again Maybe I’m doing it wrong,but in the main header there are three sections – left, right, and middle. If I put the instagram feed in a block and put it in the left section, then it only displays there and not all the way across the full header. So then I tried putting it in two blocks and put one on the left and one on the right, which left the logo in the middle of the header. I can’t see a way of getting the instagram block to stretch the full width of the header. And then when it is there, it doesn’t react responsively with the rest of the header when you start scrolling.

The theme does display the description by default. The category title is displayed above the breadcrumbs. However, placing the description as shown here https://www.dropbox.com/s/mu3xju08um1xie7/Screenshot%202017-05-26%2012.00.13.png?dl=0 will give you the desired look.

I have a catalog site using Woocommerce plugin. I can type in the search box and see the live search results. I can then click on one of the results items and go to the page.
However, if I hit Enter instead of clicking on one of the items in the live search box, I would see a message underneath the search box saying “Showing all [number of searches] searches.” That’s it. The page does not display the results even though there is a message saying showing all the results.
What’s strange is when this happen, the search icon is no longer clickable. I have to click on something else and then go back in order for the search icon to work again.
Does anyone have the same issues? Could you please share how you resolved them?

when selecting a brand from header menu we see shop sidebar on desktop however, when in tablet or mobile view the filter is not there (visible)

Your joking us!? What about simple single product page, we have NO Filter to go back to shop categories!? Shopping experience is awful on tablet and mobile view :/
There is an option for enabling filter on product page on mobile in Theme Options > Shop > Product Page
You’re using an external plugin for the Brands plugin. This is not a part of the theme. You can’t expect Flatsome to work 100% out the box with all plugins. The filtering and breadcrumbs work on most brand plugins.
Thank you. Yeah we are using Official WooCommerve Brands Plugin. Also we have checkboxed the option to enable filter on product page however, single product page filter is not consistent like default shop filter???
It uses the “Product Page” sidebar, but there is nothing to filter when you are at product level.
Yeah we don’t see product filter the same as shop filter on single product view though? Check on tablet and mobile here pls.

Sounds like you have Geolocate (with page caching support) activated. You can turn this off in WooCommerce -> Settings -> General -> Default Customer Location.

1. Edit options-shop-payments-icons.php flatsome\inc\admin\options\shop\, and add the icon option. This will display the option in Theme Options > Shop > Payment Icons
2. Add the icon’s SVG in flatsome/assets/img/payment-icons.
I have a slider with a video background. It plays immediately in Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer. But in Chrome it doesn’t play immediately (you need to drag the slider, chrome window or wait 15-20 sec).
Someone else posted about this in your forum a few months ago. Can you provide help with this?
FYI, I have tried showing the same video using Slider Revolution and the video plays immediately in Chrome. So the issue seems to be a conflict specifically between Chrome and your theme’s implementation of the video in the slider.

Why does it add a “s: in count down timer ? i changed the name for weeks to “xxxxx” , then it will show xxxxxs. It just add the “s” anyway i try. it does so with month/makes months, week/makes weeks, day/makes days, hour/makes hours they all add “s”, but minutes and seconds it doesn’t. And so I looked again after your reply and I noticed that all the options down the left hand side actually extended further than I could see on my screen because they were all open. So I had no idea there were more settings since there was no scroll option. I have closed them all and now I can see the rest of them – that is so awesome! I love this new builder! thanks again

Hey there… just used this theme for the first time after purchasing a while ago.
We are having some issues with the UX Builder when showing WooCommerce products.
We go to -> add content -> select “products”—> then when we select the category, it shows a bunch of products that arent in the category???
Also when we try to add the WooCommerce one (best selling, featured, on sale etc…) it does not allow us to select the category that these are pulling from.
We want to show certain rows of products on a page, but we cant simply seem to do it.

I love the theme and the versitility. However I have noticed 2 “bugs”. The “do not loop” for videoclips do not work. Also Youtube clips, you can not hide the controls (controls=0&showinfo=0).. You will also start getting errors in the instagram feature when hostig companies get more restricted. My hostingcompay has turned some stuff off and now your instagram feature does not work (just a heads up, i do not use it myself).

1. I will notify the development team right away. However, the banner element does not display any YouTube controls.
2. Some hosts block outgoing communications, if your host uses cPanel software there is often a setting to enable outgoing requests.
you can add controls and showinfo ito the URL ot to show stuff like that, which does not work in flatsome. Maybe add those control options as features in the theme in later versions? However great work!
