Hello dearest Qode, what would be the best way of inserting a responsive GIF to a page on Bridge? I added it as a text box with embed code in the text editor, it works great on desktop but in mobile it is not responsive and the frame is cut. I tried adding it as Video box but it compromises the quality and has a”play” sign on top (since it’s recognised as a video..)

That is not related to gif, it is due to frame fixed width https://www.screencast.com/t/blSlH7bG which is bigger then most smartphones, so try changing it to 100% . There were plans for adding instructions to theme documentation and we were working on Google’s pagespeed insights instructions, but it turned out that Google often change algorithm for ranking, and now there are many other factors which are not directly related to theme or CMS which is used, and score can vary because of server speed, and amount of plugins being used, so providing document where user can count on some rank would caused problems and misguidance rather than helping users. Element is working on our installation, but on referred website issue is probably related to the outdated theme version. You are using theme version 6.9 with newer Visual Composer, and latest theme version is 11. Please update theme to latest version and test again. Hi! In one of my pages there is a problem: Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of WPBakery Page Builder. I don’t know why because it’s the last version of Bridge, Visual Composer and Wordpress.

Regarding portfolio items, you need to replace each portfolio featured image. You can access portfolios from WordPress back end > Portfolio. In case that saving changes do not reflect then there may be problem with server resources, or with caching, and you should contact our support so they can investigate this on your installation. Options for line graph:
Type – You can choose whether your line graph will have rounded or sharp edges. Width – Enter a width for the line graph (in pixels). Height – Enter a height for the line graph (in pixels). Custom Color – Choose a color for the x and y axis values. Scale Steps – Enter the number of steps which will appear on the y axis. Scale Step Width – You can enter the difference between two y axis steps here. Labels – Enter labels, separated by commas, for the x axis values here. Content – In this section, you can edit parts of the line graph—colors, legend labels, and data points.

Hi, Thanks for a great theme but I am having the hardest time figuring out how to do the most simplist thing. How on earth do I upload my logo to my home page on the header? lol I have been looking at it for days, and also following instructions on other comments… what am I missing here? For now I’ve had to resort to putting my logo on the banner on the home page.

With too many menu items and larger font, that can happen, so best way to overcome this is to reduce 1st level menu font size a bit from Qode options > Fonts https://www.screencast.com/t/hV1yoEmIr4pa

I’m still seeing “LayerSlider WP 6.0.6 installed. Update to 6.4.0.” after upgrading to Bridge 4.7.5—isn’t this bundled plugin supposed to be brought up to date with every latest Bridge install? If not now, will it be updated in the future?

Sticky option does not exist for mobile header, because some devices do not support fixed positioning, but this can be achieved for some header types with some custom css code. I have changed my menu to a “Sticky divided menu” but now, with this change, the Home Slider have a big blank space in the bottom and it is suposed to be Fullscren because the height code is empty in the shorcode:

Our Envato Studio developer is having problem installing Bridge … he is now saying this: “There is no problems with wordpress importer because I know this issue and I have solved it when import demo for you. The issue I mentioned that is about theme options, your hosting cannot read dynamic_style.php to create css so your setting will not apply. Please open a support ticket and ask the theme author about this, after then, please kindly let me know the results. Maybe this request to enable a component of php or back to php old version.”

All files within theme folder / css needs to be set to correct file permissions, according to WordPress codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions and if permissions are fine, then try to allow more permissions, like maybe setting them to 775 or even 777 and try. In case that issue is related to saving static files from dynamic ones, then you need to allow executing PHP files.
