Hi, how are you? Is it not clear for me if there is or there is not some Page Builder… Generally I use the Visual Composer, but I can use a different plugin.

Visual Composer (Page Builder by wpbakery) isn’t included in the theme package, we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for My religion theme is the same. You can find more videos under Features menu item, they will show you customization potential of the composer.
Demo content is included for every WordPress theme from our portfolio. It can be imported in 3 steps: content import, settings import, sliders import, but it can be done really fast. Besides, we provide our customers with detailed documentation and our support team is always ready to assist you if any help is required.

Hi Cmsmasters. I need help with contact forms please. The cmsmasters form builder is not working. If I try to edit existing forms or add a new form, I get an error message: ” Error on Page, Please reload page and try again”. The contact 7 form appears to work but I can’t see what email address it is going to. Does it have a setting where I can see that email address it goes to? I have searched for the past 2 hrs but couldn’t find it. please….

Mentioned error usually occurs when form-builder-operator.php file (located at the /wp-content/plugins/cmsms-contact-form-builder/inc/ folder) is blocked at the server. Please contact your hosting provider with the issue – he should be able to help you.
Concerning the Contact form 7 – please add needed email in the Mail tab.

i was able to add link to download option that can redirect for woocommerce but this does not work for the audio option. when i add the woocommerce link it stil just plays audio, instead of redirecting to the product page to purchase. can this be changed.

That could be helpful, the only problem is that I need the payment to go to a different PayPal account, and notifications to a different email address. There’re basically 2 teams working separately.

The matter is that there is a possibility to add only one email address and Identity Token to the PayPal account settings. The theme uses Woocommerce plugin for the shop feature, so basically the theme’s e-commerce functionality is 100% powered by the plugin. You can read about the plugin’s features and capabilities here. So I can recommend you to add the dvd as a WooCommerce product, or you can add a button shortcode on the Sermons page that will lead to the site where the audio can be downloaded. Hope it will be helpful.

I’m glad to hear this theme doesn’t use Visual Composer. Is there a “builder”? If there is (please no), does it embed content so that it goes away if you disable the builder?
I don’t use Visual Composer because content is deleted when it is disabled. It also embeds content so that it can’t be exported. Please clarify this for me about your builder.

To change the heading background image on the Category pages please proceed to Theme Settings – General – Content tab and set the Heading Background Image by Default.
To remove the “Category:” I can recommend you to add the following custom code to Theme Settings – Elements – Custom codes – Custom JavaScript field:

Our events view is achieved with the help of Events Pro plugin that comes with the Photo events view. But please note that it should be purchased separately as this plugin is prohibited from third-party distribution.

you shouldn’t include in the demo something from the pro version, the plugin pro is more than the cost of the theme. its makes it seem like this theme could have came with that plugin. I would have never purchased this theme if I know I had to spend and extra $89 to achieve the picture calendar. I need that in this theme. dissapointing.

We are upset to hear your words, as there is a note in the theme description that mentions that the Events Calendar PRO plugin does not have license that allows theme authors to include it in the theme archive, so there will be a need to purchase it separately. This situation is typical for many other plugins as well, like WooCommerce paid addons, WPML etc. This is a general practice that applies to all theme authors identically. Sermons are made with the help of the custom Sermons post type and they can be added to the page with the help of the Sermons shortcode which will display sermons of the certain category.
RSS Submission isn’t provided, you can add links for video, audio, PDF and download for each sermon.

Visual Composer (Page Builder by wpbakery) isn’t included in the theme package and we can’t guarantee its compatibility with My Religion, as we haven’t implemented such compatibility tests. Though we can’t deny mentioned plugin will work properly with our theme.
For the demo we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for My Religion is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options. If you get ‘failed to import’ error when trying to import our demo content, this probably happens because of the maximum execution time limit. You need to increase the maximum execution time (upload time) setting of your web server. The default maximum execution time on web servers is 30 seconds. Please increase it to 120 seconds. Possible ways of achieving this are:
By Wp-config.php changes – set_time_limit(120); In htaccess – php_value max_execution_time 120; In php.ini file – max_execution_time = 120 Please ask your hosting provider to take care of this for you.
