Such an option does not exist unfortunately. Possible animation are fade and slide, and sliding will occur from right to left hand side.

Regarding changing layout, if you have some issue, and when you provide admin, support can try to configure settings in order to resolve issue if any. In case that you don’t want to alter live page which can be accessed from front end, then please duplicate that page, and tell them to make modifications there if necessary. I will check your currently open tickets and will instruct them to reply to your tickets as soon as possible.

Good morning, a few days I have opened a support ticket but I still have not received an answer. I just extended the support with 6 months and would like to work on my site, but now I can’t. Hope you can help me out, because I notice that these comments do receiver an answer. Therefore, I will also ask my question here: I downloaded demo content but the download seemed to stop at 90%. I refreshed the page then and it looks like the demo content was downloaded, but maybe I still miss something because it didn’t go till 100%. How can I check out if my demo content is complete? Image light box script is adjusting image size according to screen size while maintaining image proportions. There is no option for changing size, but since on smaller screens, image can be smaller, especially if it is in landscape orientation our support can provide you with some css code in order to increase light box size on smaller screens.

You are still using older Visual Composer – 4.7.4 https://www.screencast.com/t/bAxtcfLl8X . Activate parent theme, because installation files reside inside, deactivate the plugin, uninstall it, and from the message which will appear install it again and activate it. Finally switch to child theme.

Last update was in 28th April ‘17, and plugins were updated then. All bundled plugins needs to be updated by theme author, and we will update them in next theme update. Since it was major update, next update isn’t scheduled yet, but if you need to update plugins urgently, you can write to our support at https://qode.ticksy.com and they can update plugins for you.
