You can only link the social network Font Awesome icons right now, however you can use custom coding like wrapping up a font awesome icon inside an anchor tag in a text block and this will do the job for you just fine, if you need further assistance with this i will suggest you to please open a new ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

However i will answer your query here, the only reason why you will not be seeing this option is that you are not using 100% width page template which you can simply choose from the Page Attribute section.

Boxed mode is actually applied to the whole wrapper so its not possible to pull out the header and footer out of it and then make them 100% width, this will require you to customize the theme files.

Thanks for choosing our theme, regarding the website and your query above that particular site has customized there theme files to create that exact type of header in order to achieve the same you will need to do the same as its not possible out of the box right now, we have total 7 headers that you can choose from however if you like one of them here => http://bit.ly/2frBhlg

Post has this feature by default but pages dont have.could you provide adding tag and category to pages too?

Please go to Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS and try to clear your fusion cache from there, if the issue persist please disable the CSS compiler and check again and this should help.
