Thank you for the WCAG update. I am noticing that it does not apply the behavior to drop downs where the top level link is an actual hyperlink – only if it is an empty link (i.e. href=”#”). It does not apply the same behavior in the top menu if it uses a drop down.

Hi, I am using latest version of Avada theme to create my website. I need one main menu on top and another navigation bar below slider and both of them to stick at the top when scrolling down. Thanks for choosing our theme, regarding the website and your query above that particular site has customized there theme files to create that exact type of header in order to achieve the same you will need to do the same as its not possible out of the box right now, we have total 7 headers that you can choose from however if you like one of them here => http://bit.ly/2frBhlg

I have updated my theme through envato toolkit, but slider revolution does not get updated and when I try to update some plugins it just freezes and now it its ‘stuck’ in maintanence mode, both live site and backend! And I did the patcher updates first.

Those related posts appears to be coming from one of your 3rd party plugin, i have a feeling its coming from JetPack plugin so please check your JetPack plugin and see if the related posts is enabled from there, however if you have issues please open a support ticket and our team will look into this for you.

Is it possible to reduce the height of the fusion-header element? I have resized my logo but the overall height of the section hasn’t changed. The menu items are right aligned and the gap between the text and top border highlight is still pretty big, it makes the header section too dominant
Its ok, I have located the menu height option with the Menu settings. I hadn’t looked here previously

Hello, I’m having an issue after upgrading to a newer version of the template. There is an auto-generated file in uploads – fusion-styles – fusion7.css that is auto-generated and screwing all my website styles. When i delete it, it’s auto-generated again if i reload my page. Furthermore it seems to overide my template options. Could you give an hint where to disable this auto-generated file ? Kind regards.

Please go to Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS and try to clear your fusion cache from there, if the issue persist please disable the CSS compiler and check again and this should help.

I have a LOT of customers using this theme that purchased through my affiliate program as well as I have a few licences myself. I am having a little trouble with the plugins that come with your theme. Layer Slider in particular. I would like to know exactly how I can update this plugin without errors. ALL my customers themes and my own themes have licences. I might not have support left on my own themes because time has run out, but this should NOT stop me from updating these plugins.
So once again, PLEASE let me know exactly how I can update these plugins that come with your theme. I have been waiting patiently for these to be able to update ( months ) and every time I go into my customers websites and my own websites, it gives me an error when updating the Layer Slider.

Allow us to explain to you in detail how this works, with regard to theme included plugins, it is not unique to Avada and applies to any theme that includes a plugin:
1 – Avada includes the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins, at no extra cost
2 – As of right now, Avada 5.1.6 the latest version of the Layer Slider plugin is version 6.3.0 -> http://d.pr/i/uXYPZy – which is what you have
3 – Because it is plugin territory, the respective plugin authors include a global update call for the plugins and it does not apply to theme included plugins -> http://d.pr/i/C4PWvO
4 – The next release of Avada will version 5.2 which will in turn include the latest next version of the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins available at that time
5 – You can safely ignore/dismiss the plugin authors update notice and it will not affect your site in any way
6 – The Layer Slider plugin authors includes a link :: ‘Got LayerSlider in a theme?’ -> http://d.pr/i/4JNLXH – If you click that link it goes to their documentation -> http://bit.ly/2sIgTlp
7 – If you are adamant and want to update the included plugin independent of the theme update, you will need to purchase a separate license for the included plugin

I was just a little nervous about plugins after a few years ago having a plugin that was not updated cause major issues for thousands of people.

How can I swcith the hamburger menu on the home page to a page width set of menus? Our site had those menus but it changed into a hamburger and I don’t know why.

There can only be 2 reasons for this, 1: You are using our header-version 7 that has hamburger menu as its main menu, or 2: you are setting your header responsive breakpoints too wide which you can change from Avada > Theme Options > Responsive tab

You can simply update your installation using any of our update method, what exactly do you mean by having no access to the updated version in this case? can you please elaborate on this? You should have access to your themeforest account from where you can download your latest version of Avada.
I see you are also not registered, have you purchased avada from another account since this account is not showing that Avada is purchased.
