Portfolio: Featured image not shown
I’m using the child theme bridge14. The featured images of portfolio are shown when loading the homepage for the first time. After navigating to subsites and come back to the homepage, the portfolio images are not shown. Is this a common?

That is not how it supposed to work. Commonly this can be related to some caching issue or maybe some plugin conflict. You can try to disable caching and all 3rd party plugins, and also try activating parent theme, but if you continue to have this issue, please contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com and provide WordPress admin access in your ticket so they can investigate this further.

Left menu allows 3 types for opening sub menu items https://www.screencast.com/t/1xTxkFAuR and there is no option for having sub menus always open mainly because on some smaller screens and when there is a lot of menu items, they won’t fit in viewport. You need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels. Use poedit software https://poedit.net/, load translation file from theme folder / languages, translate it, and name it according to WP Codex https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/ Alternatively you can do the same with WPML plugin – string translation extension, and maybe you can try some free plugins like loco translate.

Hi,
I am having a bug with the “Image gallery” in the Visual Composer. As you can see here: https://www.architectuurwonen.nl/villatypes/villa-aurelia/ it shows all kind of images (this is good), but when you click on them, below the image you’ll see 1/1. This should be 1/4. The arrows should go to the next or previous image.
Can you help me solve this?

You are using outdated theme version – 7.5 and latest version is 11 and this is fixed long time ago. Please update everything to latest versions. Theme is using fixed grid, and 788px resolution does not exist on some device from real life, although if you need that resolution, our support can provide you with a css fix. Is there an option to hide elements for mobile (or CSS)
specifically for a element like where the Image on the left and text is on the right, but in mobile they display in weird order.

Usually, these kind of issues may be related to lower server resources or some plugin conflict, so before contacting them, you can try disabling all 3rd party plugins one by one and to test every time.

Hi. I have problems with my Bridge Agency theme one page. I lincked all section of the menu to the home and changed the ids, it´s works, so that when clicking, go to his corresponding section. The problem is when you click on an inside section, like for example about us, a new page opens. When I returning from the home page, the menu and its scrolling don´t works any more, the page is stuck in the slider when you clik in the menu.

All themes on Theme Forest are tested and clean of malware, and depending on server security software and its settings, some files may be marked as malicious but that is not correct. In case that you site is infected after being live for some time, best option is to try to update theme and all installed plugins, and to also reinstall WordPress, or to restore backup.
