Apparently this theme is not fully compatible with caching plugins such as WP Super Cache. W3Cache plugin on the other hand appears to work but when activated, gtmetrix is unable to load the site (00 Internal Server error).
When the Super cache plugin is activated, some frontend pages, are unreadable with gibberish content such as below:

We have tested our theme with several caching plugins including WP Super Cache and W3Cache and we didn’t face a similar issue. If you need us to investigate, please, create a support ticket providing information about your installation, and we’ll check the soonest possible.
A problem like this may be related with the configuration of your website. To troubleshoot, check server settings and especially available RAM memory assigned to PHP. Next, deactivate all plugins apart from those recommended / included with our theme and check your website. It is possible a plugin to conflict with the caching mechanism.

As soon as you install and activate the theme you will be prompted to install and activate a number of plugins. You need to have installed and activated at least Plethora Features Library plugin for minimum functionality, although we recommend installing all of them. Next, go to Dashboard > Tools and select Healthflex Demo Importer. At this point you will be able to select any one of our Healthflex Demos to install, just follow the guide.

As there are thousands of plugins available, is rather impossible to have them all tested with our theme. Currently there is no option for the top bar to remain visible when you scroll the page. We are keeping a note on that and we may consider adding it as a feature on a future update.
You can use a CSS class to let a menu item look richer. First, you need to make available CSS class (optional) on the menu items. The field is enabled on Screen Options (top of the screen). Next, enter the class btn btn-sm btn-primary on the field and save menu. Check your website to see the result. Naturally, the particular effect will look better on a parent item rather than a child one.
Currently, our theme includes Visual Composer version 5.1.1 We haven’t made any changes to the core functionality of the plugin and we provide it as is. We’ve only added a number of short-codes. Therefore, all built in features and functions on Visual Composer are there. Maybe, the feature has been removed by the authors of the plugin.

The Custom Post Type UI Extended plugin is not included in our theme at all. The Toolset Custom Post Type is yet to be tested and not officially supported. We have included a number of custom types in our theme, covering the needs of a modern medical enterprise. However, clients have successfully enabled more custom types with or without a plugin. As long as the method you follow respects the way WordPress is implementing post types, the design will follow. In other cases you may need a custom approach.

This feature is not available out-of-the-box, though there have been cases where customers have implemented such elements on the menu bar. One way is to use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/bop-search-box-item-type-for-nav-menus/ and then use a couple of CSS rules to adjust its appearance. Another way is to use a combination of PHP commands and Javacript code to achieve that. Unfortunately, we can’t provide instructions on customization as this issue is out of the scope of this forum. We are keeping a note on your request in case we include this feature in one of our future updates.

The recommended way to implement a form on a website using our theme is Contact Form 7, included in the package. We haven’t tested Gravity Forms on it’s full extend to provide an accurate response. Help i updated the theme because of an error and it still is showing it is an issue with a theme dependent plugin…the Plethora Features Library is causing this error …...../misirrx/wp-content/themes/healthflex/includes/core/features/module/social/module-social.php on line 228

Please try to update the Plethora Features Library plugin manually, via FTP. Do the following steps:
1. On the latest package you downloaded from Themeforest, locate the ‘healthflex/includes/plugins/plethora-featureslib.zip file. Unzip the file on a location that is convenient to use along with your FTP client. Make sure that you unzipped a folder named ‘plethora-featureslib’, please avoid extracting a ‘plethora-featureslib/plethora-featureslib’ folder structure, as this will cause you problems on the 2nd step.
2. Use your FTP client to connect to your application online. Locate the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory and upload the complete ‘plethora-featureslib’ folder, to replace the existing one.
After that, your installation should work just fine. If not, please visit https://plethorathemes.com/support-center/ to submit a support ticket.

All non-theme Custom Post Types registered manually by you (via functions.php code either a CPT plugin) are supported by our theme just like the predefined theme CPT. In practice, this means that after you register, i.e. a “movie” CPT, you’ll be able to manipulate its global behavior under Theme Options > Content > Single Movie and each post’s behavior via the single edit view meta options. As far as the front end is concerned, all new CPTs will follow by default the blog (for listings) and post (for single posts) design.
You can display your CPT listings on an archive, given that you will configure your CPT to support an archive view (the ‘has_archive’ argument must be true on post registration). In example, if your ‘movie’ CPT has been configured to support archive view, you will be able to see all your movie listings under the http://wpsiteexample.com/movie URL address.
The archives on the right also looks like it’s pulling from the blog posts since the presentations don’t have those dates

Hello, for highlighting a menu item you need to apply the special css class “btn btn-sm btn-primary” on the item (need to enable Custom CSS optional). You can hide the buttons if you go to each teaser box settings and set Display Button On Bottom to “no”. Make sure you Save teaser box settings before updating or else the effect will not apply.

Have in mind that with the purchase of our theme, you have already the license to use Visual Composer and receive updates by us, and not directly from WPBakery, the author of the plugin. In general, this is a good idea, since the best practice is always getting the VC version that is tested by us to work seamlessly with our theme. The current V.C version included in our package is 5.0.1.
